This hotel is not very suitable for visitors without a car or visitors from abroad. Public transport is scarce and the Hotel staff seems not to be aware of it. The beds Where as hard as wood plank. The hotel staff was very helpful remeding that by putting blankets to soften the beds. In our family apartment there was a kitchen, with No equipment apart from two classes and a water boiler. Apart from this, it is a quite good hotel: nice swimming pool, nice breakfast, the staff was helpful and did their best communicating with us using their instant translation apps.

Hotel was good but was far away from south gate of huangshan mountain. It is hard to find good foo as there are few restaurants nearby.

The hotel service was excellent and they were very friendly to foreigners, they really helped us with information and anything we needed for our room. The receptionist spoke excellent English. The hotel room was great for a family with split level accommodation.

千萬不要定公寓，超級差的體驗。在網上定的兩間一晚，她們自己看成一間兩晚。後來又調了兩間一起的，在酒店的北門，離早餐的地方主樓離得十萬八千里。房間也是網沒有電視欠費，蟲*到處都是一大堆。門嘎嘰嘎嘰響。住酒店的公寓比旁邊的格林豪泰遠得很，類似農民房。和行政房差不多的價格，住的是天差地別，氣**了

差差差！太差了！很少這麼認真的寫評價這家酒店必須好好寫一下！開始訂完房，提醒酒店把兩間房儘量在一起，這方面做得還行，提前把房間開好了。但是房間真的太差了，因為我們到的晚上比較晚，十點多了。否則我真的要搬走換酒店。！房間的設施太老舊了！房間發黴，牆體開裂，頂棚脱落，床底有臟紙，有土，熱水竟然還是電熱水器的！奔榮盛康旅來的，竟然如此破舊的房屋！電視不好用，維修人員倒是快，但是太晚了，不想有人打擾過來！當晚跟前台溝通房間差按酒店怎麼處理，説給酒店領導反饋，但是到第二天一早都沒有任何消息！還是我主動又聯繫了前台，第一個服務人員説沒有處理辦法，房間就是這樣，後來換了一個人，我要求他們客房部來看房！客房部來到房間看完開始給我道歉，態度還算誠懇！不想因為這個事耽誤旅行的心情，送了一張早餐券就沒有再糾結！到晚上越想越生氣，前台到現在都沒有一個道歉的説法！
