酒店位置太優秀，就在池塘邊，晚上看魚燈煙花在酒店就能看！在景區遊玩也很方便。早餐一人一份很乾凈美味。清粥小菜，古鎮荷花，魚燈煙花都給我們留下了很好的回憶！

首先是在預訂以後管家明確微信告知抵達前十分鐘微信聯繫，派人來接我們，我們提前聯繫並沒有人提前等待，反而讓我們在指定地點等待十分鐘向上，期間遭到保安驅逐三次。管家在接到我們以後，帶我們去停車場，拿着一把傘自己一個人大步走在前面，當天天氣很熱，我並沒有感覺到什麼服務，入住後老闆向我們解釋了原因，但我認為這些都不是理由，如果提前十分鐘告知不能有人在路邊提前或者適時等待，那就應該告知我們提前二十分鐘，因為前面有客人剛好也到了，所以我們同樣作為客人就遭到了冷待？還有房間插座問題也和老闆反映過了，樓下燒水的插座是壞的，樓上睡覺的三個插座，衹有一個是好的，老闆再次解釋説可能是上一批顧客誤觸，那就是客房打掃檢查沒有做到位，導致了我們從入住前到住房體驗都不好，其次吃完早飯想借把傘，得到冷冰冰的回覆，公用的用完了沒有了，整體讓我們感覺這次旅行住在這個酒店很倒黴，先是有客人剛剛好在我們之前到了，所以先接上一批，插座也是上一批顧客的問題，我們用不起來，傘也是到我們就沒了。總體就是不滿意，不推薦。

為了看魚燈定了這家，但是隔音效果確實不怎麼好，可以聽到隔壁的聲音，很吵，後來管家也告知他們小聲，但是還是有聲音，非常影響休息

重點：位置極好，沒得説，院子很漂亮，亭台樓閣都有了。缺點：二層房頂有些舊有痕床周圍地板鬆動踩上很響隔音不太好能聽到隔壁房間往牆上插插座，早餐一般但夠吃。重點：服務需要加強。退房寄存行李在前台，放在前台裏面是工作區，取的時候兩個工作人員一個在桌前工作，一個在後麪窗邊坐着看手機，我們去到前台後面拿兩個行李箱（距離1-2米），不用説幫拿一下（畢竟是工作區客人不方便進入），甚至連頭都沒有抬一下，也一句話都沒有説，主動服務意識需加強。
