較差的入住體驗：1，下午入住停車本院停車場已滿，被告知可以停在其他停車場，既不派人跟隨，也不告知導航位置，衹告訴離飯店位置很近，在徽商銀行附近，結果找了四五遍也沒找到；2，我訂了雙標間，我（男）和我家姑娘一起的，衞浴的玻璃居然是透明的，幸虧洗澡的時候能產生些霧氣，不然得走光；3，早上吃早餐的時候打電話給前台，告知早餐在2樓，結果我們電梯停在2樓（不止我們兩人），發現不在入住的2樓，需要我們從入住的3號樓轉到1層再上主樓的2樓就餐，前台提供訊息錯誤；4，在自助早餐下麪條的地方，要了兩碗麪，3個煎蛋，因為語言溝通的問題，下麪條的女服務員“不耐煩”的用了你“到底”要幾個雞蛋，之前和之後我沒有人身攻擊和言語侮辱。種種跡象表明這個酒店的服務如此之差！

酒店這麼些年，確實也得改進了。入住的第一間房黴味巨重，房門刷卡也是半天才能擰開！換了另一間，稍微好點，想着以前出差住這家的次數也挺多的，將就一下算了…結果房門也是一樣不靈光！房間無線網半天連不上，還得自己手動開關一下貓才行。衞生間的味道實在是不想説了，牙具裏少一支牙膏，熱水壺上的灰和桌上的污漬都沒怎麼清理乾淨。不知道是是什麼聲音，沒開空調也沒開換氣扇，但“嗡嗡”聲巨大。重新裝修一下吧！
