服務很好，從預約用車到客房餐廳服務都不錯。餐飲好吃，臭鱖魚相當美味，最愛的地方是喝茶那裡。温柔的小姐姐緩緩沏茶，邊喝茶邊聊天，就連幾個小朋友也跟着呆了很久，享受慢生活度假的好地方。

酒店的位置太優越了，在黃山景區裏面最好的風水寶地。躺在床上正好面對人行瀑布，太漂亮了。酒店周邊環境幽雅別緻，好似人間仙境，住起來太舒爽啦！管家服務的太細緻用心了，還貼心地給準備好雨衣和枴杖！滿滿地感動！真是景美人更美啊！每天贈送的大餐太豐盛可口了，我們連住三天飯菜都不重樣，又美味又健康，太喜歡這裏的氛圍了。洗漱用品都是世界高端品牌，整體服務水平和用心程度都超過國際標準，都不捨得離開了。以後還會再來度假的！

Amazing stay at J. Mountain Hotel. Service was perfect, with drop-off to the nearby Yuping cablecar to go the top of the mountain and pick-up once we were done. Choosing an accommodation at the bottom of the cablecar is a huge advantage if you carry heavy luggage. Moreover the view from the room and the room itself were exactly as presented in the photos. The 5 set menu and lunch options at the restaurant are excellent and very good value for money, breakfast was good but maybe not as top-notch as the other meals. Staff, despite speaking very little english (they have translation app) , is extremly helpful and will provide anything you need !

Overall it's good, the environment and sanitation are very good, the lady is very enthusiastic and has a nice smile, I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Huangshan
