酒店環境太美了，黃山之巔，懸崖邊上，陽台上風景一流，比附近幾個景點有過之而無不及。客房設施齊全、先進，管家服務有求必應，上山下山安排妥帖，餐廳餐食味道也不錯。下次來黃山還會入住。

非常有設計感的酒店，與周邊景色完全融合，雖然在山上，餐飲也做的非常好，到處都是鮮花，酒店即可看日落與星辰，步行不遠可觀日出。服務也非常舒適，從進山安排商務車直達纜車，下纜車幫預約滑竿直達酒店，到店微微下雨，室內下午茶瞬間温暖，走時還贈送了雨衣以防萬一。全程沒有過度服務，值得再刷。

UpCloud Shilin Hotel was truly a gem on our Huangshan adventure! Nestled in a quiet private compound, it felt wonderfully serene compared to the busier places we passed during our hike. The staff went above and beyond—before our trip I reached out via WeChat, and they had everything perfectly arranged, from buses to the cable car, all as part of their package. The location couldn’t be better either—just a 5-minute stroll to Lion Peak, making it effortless to catch the most magical sunrise. The food was another highlight, with a delicious pre-arranged à la carte dinner and a healthy Chinese breakfast that kept us energized for the trails.
We stayed in the “Yun Shu” room, which was cozy and simple but came with unexpectedly luxurious bathroom fittings. While it didn’t have much of a view, we noticed the hotel offers bigger rooms with stunning landscapes if you’d like to upgrade. Overall, we loved the peaceful setting, warm hospitality, and unbeatable access to sunrise views—highly recommend this stay for anyone exploring Huangshan!

出發前管家小姐姐可以提前加微信，幫我們預訂好上山的門票跟纜車票，會有7座商務車在湯口鎮來回接送，省去我們的排隊跟等待的時間，這一點特別特別好。酒店外人聲鼎沸，酒店裡麪非常的幽靜。

這是我住過的最滿意的酒店
設施：最值得一提的是酒店強大的通風換氣系統（其他也很好，但價格擺在那裡），不大的空間，孩子吃泡麪，小火鍋，我們四口烘踩過雨的鞋，房間裏毫無氣味
服務：喜歡酒店每個服務人員親和而不失邊界感的服務，尤其是洗烘衣服（這在天氣多變的黃山可謂是千值萬值），入住酒店提供上下山門票和索道（會讓你覺得花了高價但也包含多個項目），點了酒服務生貼心送了下酒小菜。如果説唯一有點瑕疵，就是房間的插座有部分插上插頭總是鬆動。

太愛了！住過那麼多酒店，我人生三大酒店，這家酒店很愛很愛，日本富士山號稱全世界最難定的ubuya，還有個九寨溝麗思卡爾頓隱士，這三家無與倫比，秒殺安縵各種五星級酒店，服務環境一流，所有員工的素質太絕了，人都好好，廚師的手藝也是一流的，還有可愛的貝貝🐶，我們還會再來的！！！
