Quiet and peaceful. Lovely staff.

Misleading “Luxury” Onsen Hotel – Not Worth It ❌ No public onsen—only available in private villas for 30,000 baht per night. ❌ Pool closes at 8 PM, leaving nothing to enjoy in common areas. ❌ In-room Jacuzzi is useless—hot water flow is so slow it can’t fill properly. ❌ No privacy—sliding glass doors open directly to reception. ❌ Gym is a joke—just one running machine, nothing else. ❌ Staff can’t help—polite but completely powerless. THE AIRCON IS 10YEARS OLD SO NOISY DIRECTLY INTO THE BED !!! The entrance fee door/window is directly transparent to the reception have to be in t he dark all the time or staff can see you. We paid 4,000 baht per night expecting a proper onsen experience, but this hotel was a complete disappointment. The false advertising and lack of facilities explain why we were the only guests. It was so bad we booked 2 nights stayed only one and wasted money without refund. Overpriced, misleading, and not worth it—avoid at all costs!

The resort is a taxi ride from the beach, but the resort provides a 1 way shuttle at 3pm. Taxi is about $6AUD.  The staff were great, super nice and helpful. The room was massive, modern and clean.  I would recommend it to anyone who is ok with the short drive from the beach/town and likes a peaceful spot.

Our recent stay at this beautiful villa was amazing, captivated by the view which is nestled in a serene and picturesque location. The villa provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The villa interior was clean and huge, spacious bedrooms and ample space. One of the highlights was truly a kind and friendly staff, they are attentive, and always available to assist with any request. Overall we enjoyed our stay, highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a safe, relaxing vacation.

This place seriously deserves its high rating, 100/100 for me! Everything was just perfect, the staff are extremely friendly who go out their way to make you have the best stay ever! Massive shoutout to Oreo, we dealt with her a lot and she was a real joy and pleasure to talk to! Every time we come to Hua Hin we will be staying at Phukalini! Phukalini sets the example of what every hotel/resort should aim for!

All the waiters are very hospitable and will take good care of your daily needs. The place is not too close to the city, suitable for self-driving tourists or vacationers Free breakfast will be provided, which is a la carte Overall, the accommodation is comfortable and suitable for a city away from the hustle and bustle Enjoy a quiet quality of life👍

The hotel environment is quiet and clean, and the service is excellent! The breakfast is simple but exquisite! It is worth going again!

It is a very beautiful resort, new, clean, beautiful view, spacious room, very inviting swimming pool, with waterfall, very nice atmosphere, like being at home. The equipment in the room is excellent, there is a Jacuzzi bathtub. If I have a chance, I will come back to stay again.
