The breakfast area is very rich. The room is spacious and has a balcony.

The room facilities are old, the drainage system is faulty, the tax-inclusive price booked online was repeatedly asked for taxes at the check-in desk, and the problem could not be solved even after the booking information was issued. Communication was not smooth

The hotel check in was swift, the family room was good and clean, the issue we had was the AC never worked as we expected, also as were in the ground floor we had to open the balcony door at night for cooler. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean, the beach is walking distance , Overall good realxing hotel.

23 years of loyalty and still the best place where to stay in El Jadida. As a professional golf teacher, I love to stay at Pullman Mazagan together with 5 to 6 groups of golfers as well as privately every year. It’s very convenient to be a few steps from the Driving Range, the beautiful 18 holes golf course and the beach. The quality of service, hospitality and gastronomy is exceptional. The staff from the reception throughout restaurants and bar are very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to the General manager Didier who is always there and taking very good care of the customers. Also many thanks to all the staff especially Khalil.

We stayed at the so-called “presidential suite” at this garbage heap, and let me tell you, it was beyond revolting. From the moment we walked in, we were hit with a nauseating stench coming from the bathroom that lingered the entire stay. The place was filthy, poorly maintained, and downright insulting for the price we paid. And the management? Utterly useless and deceitful. They promised us a full refund after we complained about the horrific conditions, only to pull a complete 180 on the day we were leaving, deciding we weren’t getting a dime back. Their dishonesty was the cherry on top of an already disgusting experience. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel like the plague. We ended up spending more time at another hotel nearby just to escape this nightmare, and that place was leagues better. If you’re even considering staying at Pullman, think again—it’s a vacation-ruining hellhole. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

Nisreen at the main restaurant was very helpful and so professional. She recommended to me what to order and I enjoyed the Tajeen and the Moroccan food. ………………………………………………. I recommend the Tajeen and appreciate Nisreen’s help and support.

This is definitely not a five star hotel. No help with luggage at check-in. Corridors dark and dirty. Airco in room not working. Room with “sea view” = view onto house in front with heaps of rubbish on the roof. Personnel walking around without purpose. Bar cold and awful, full of cigarette smoke. Dinner even more awful. Golf unusable (greens being repaired). Avoid this hotel at all cost.

Amazing experience in Pullman Hotel and Resort. Thank You sooo much to Ahmed Hosni who took care all time staying of our family as we got toddler with us, so he assisted us with any possible question we got. Place is safe and clean, got kids and adult pool to which we come out from our room which was on first floor which is very convenient!!! Rooms clean and bed is soft, also have a buck bed for kids if traveling family. Restaurant and bar near the pool also have SPA, golf course, ocean walking distance, also restaurants outside the living area so can have fun at night and don’t bother resting customers, very smart decision. We loved our stay!!! Little pricey but it worth it!!!!

Each ask or wish I had was just coming into life!!! I was treated with my family like a Queen. Breakfast was varied and delicious with multiple taste. The swimming pool was sufficiently fresh to accommodate cold/warm temperatures whereas the sea was too cold. Hotel has a beach access which is very well maintained and beautifully done for the customer.
