GGuest UserThe service is amazing. They guided us from the moment we entered the hotel and asked us about food allergies, whether the towels and bathrobes in the room needed to be changed every day, cleaning time and meal time, and escorted us to the door of the room. One night and two meals, I almost cried after eating, and it cured my problem of not eating fish. Their mixed soup requires special clothes, and there are very few people.
The hotel also has a shuttle bus, see the time in the picture below. I always go out and take the bus to Matsue next door.
There is no hot water in the bathroom of the room, and there is no hot water in the shower. Is it my personal problem?
The projection of Shimane and the hotel's promotional video in the mixed soup has no sound, so disappointing.
The Shimane snacks given by the hotel for two days were all robbed by the deer in Miyajima, so cruel. 😂

GGuest UserAll the dinner was delicious and the amount was too much. However, at the same time as I was seated, the grilled food and the fire of the pot were ignited, so the meat was baked before eating the thing that I wanted to eat first, such as appetizers and sashimi, or the meat was boiled too much. I don't have to say if you can adjust the timing a little more. The breakfast buffet was really delicious and I enjoyed every side dish. Especially French toast was the most delicious I have ever eaten!

GGuest UserThe interior of the room is spacious, bright and comfortable, with a view of Yuzao Hot Spring Street. The facilities in the hall are complete. There are two inner soups (all open-air hot springs) available, one on the first floor and one on the outlook hot spring.

YYolkieThis hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on:
- warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel
- gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view
- free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100)
- impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110
- quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change
- free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information
- the environment of the public bath was quite clean
- totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights
Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Jjo taroIt feels like an old inn has been renewed for private guests. The building may be old, but the interior is beautiful.
The single private room is super small with only a bed. Well, there is no problem with lying down and looking at your phone. It's a private room, but of course, you can hear the snoring in the next room, as well as the sound of opening the bag. It might be better to have an earphone.
However, there is an inner hot water, the location is good, and the price is sufficiently satisfactory.

GGuest UserIt was good that the hot springs were comfortable and the washing area was large. I included breakfast and dinner. I think it's the simplest course in terms of price, but the dinner was full and full. The last dessert parfait was very delicious and delicious. The breakfast buffet was also rich in Japanese and Western styles and I was at a loss. The miso soup of the sea bream was excellent. All the staff were kind and I wanted to take care of them if I had a connection. It was more than the price. Thank you very much.
