"This hotel is located on the first floor of the North Terminal. The environment is clean and tidy, and the hygiene conditions are excellent. It's super convenient for catching flights, as you can check in directly without even leaving the terminal. The breakfast is also pretty good."

"Excellent location, only 6 minutes from Gatwick. On bus route. Accommodation is ideal for an overnight stay. Comfy bed, tea/coffee making facilities 5 minute walk to Horley town where you can find lots of shops, food outlets etc.. Friendly, helpful staff. "Ideal location for North Terminal. Room was clean and bright with first-class linen. It's a shame that, whilst the room was advertised as having a double-bed, it was in fact a double mattress on top of two singles! This meant a large ridge down the middle and my wife and I were consigned to our individual dips on either side. IMHO this description is misleading."

"A nice hotel located close to Gatwick Airport. The bus connection runs every 15 minutes to the airport and stops at the hotel. The room was clean and spacious."

"Brilliant location, only 5 minutes by bus from/to Gatwick Airport with a bus stop located outside the Guest House. My flight arrived after midnight, but after calling them 24 hours in advance, letting them know they left my room keys in a safe place. Very well informed of how to get there. It's a family run business, and they do care about their customers! Opted in for a continental breakfast, and I was also offered a homemade cake for free! The place does show its signs of age and will definitely benefit from having a renovation. But otherwise, everything else was fantastic!"

"Great manor-style hotel with large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar taste good. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The parking is convenient and free. Originally, it was a noble manor, with a large private territory and beautiful surroundings."

"The room facilities are quite complete, but it is too small, two people can't turn around, the staff service is quite good, the hotel has an airport shuttle bus, which costs 13 pounds (5 minutes drive, not cheap), the hotel has no elevator, the stairs are very high, and the staff helped to move the luggage up and down, which is very inconvenient. The breakfast is very rich. This hotel should be a residential conversion, with only a few rooms, I don't know how to rate it 4 stars. If it is 3 stars, it is still good, but 4 stars is not worthy of the name."

"From the airport to the hotel, the bus is very convenient, the bus stop is parked at the entrance of the hotel, 2 pounds per person. It is still possible to catch a plane for one night. Hygiene: One dining: There are no restaurants around, and there is a small supermarket in a gas station. There is a large supermarket about 1 km walk."
