SScl_sjThe environment here is excellent, located right above the Hopewell Centre at Wan Chai Station. There are two ways to get up: through the mall or via a dedicated hotel elevator. During peak hours, staff are available at the entrance of the Hopewell Centre to assist guests. We found it easily our first time following the clear signs.
The price point, well, this is probably the best luxury hotel experience you can get in Hong Kong, haha. The staff's service attitude is also very good. There are a lot of international guests, so check-in can be a bit slower.
The surrounding area features old Hong Kong streets, a wet market, and a snack street, offering a very authentic local vibe. You step right onto the main road, and it's close to the MTR station. However, there's a bit of a walk inside the MTR station itself, which can be a bit tiring if you're lugging luggage.
Despite that, I still highly recommend it!

Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea.
Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view.

My stay at Kerry Hotel, Hong Kong (a Shangri-La Hotel) was filled with highlights, from the accommodation to the dining! Hong Kong is a city where every inch of land is precious, so being able to stay in such a spacious sea-view room for around 2500 HKD offered far better value for money than expected, clearly outshining accommodations at a similar price point in Shanghai.
The hotel, part of the Shangri-La Group, maintained its consistently excellent quality. While enjoying breakfast at the restaurant, I had to communicate with the staff using broken English and Cantonese, as they weren't very familiar with Mandarin, but this didn't detract from the delicious food at all. A special mention goes to the ”Omelette” – a Western breakfast specialty in Hong Kong, made by pan-frying beaten eggs with various ingredients. The omelette we ordered was incredibly smooth and rich in egg flavor. Even though it took two or three attempts to get the order right, it was so delicious that it left a lasting impression, proving popular even among foreign guests.
Strategically located in Hung Hom Bay, the hotel boasts convenient transportation and breathtaking sea views. Whether it was the comfortable accommodation, the exquisite dining, or the attentive service, everything contributed to making this trip to Hong Kong exceptionally fulfilling. It's truly a high-quality choice that I wholeheartedly recommend!

GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near Moko Mall, offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. The only downside is its direct connection only to the East Rail Line, which is a bit far from the Tsuen Wan Line (the main subway line connecting to Mong Kok and Jordan), requiring a ten-minute walk. The hotel facilities are excellent; it completely subverts the usual 'pigeon cage' impression of Hong Kong hotels with its surprisingly spacious rooms. It even has two double beds, and the lobby is also very expansive. If you're traveling as a group of four, this hotel offers great value for money.

I booked a deluxe sea view room, and the service was excellent. Upon check-in, a deposit was required, which is standard for most hotels I've stayed at, so I thought nothing of it. However, the front desk still patiently explained the reason. I hadn't used my credit card in a while and entered the wrong PIN, but the handsome guy at the front desk waived the deposit for me on the spot – so thoughtful!
Before checking in, I was worried the room facilities might be too old and uncomfortable. But the room I was assigned that day was perfectly fine, and the view was beautiful. The only downside was that the guests next door were probably having too much fun that night. From around 10 PM until I moved rooms at 3 AM, it was very lively and noisy, with loud shouting making it impossible to sleep. I called the hotel twice, and they reminded them twice, but it didn't help. At 3 AM, I was directly moved to a higher floor room to sleep (their handling of the issue was very prompt and flexible, which I commend).
When checking out the next day, the manager actually came over to apologize for the noise from the next room last night. This truly deserves a positive review! It successfully made me decide to extend my stay for another night, haha. The only slight hiccup was that when I wanted to extend, the front desk staff told me to check online platforms for availability because they had no rooms at the front desk. So I booked the room for the second night through a platform. Perhaps because it was the weekend, the same room type was 500 more expensive, but I extended anyway, thanks to the manager's enthusiastic service, haha. When I came back in the afternoon after running errands to check in, I found that the hotel had upgraded my room! It was so heartwarming and successfully kept me there, hahaha. Next time I'm here, I'll definitely stay again...

DDoudouemilyI booked a room that can't be cancelled and modified. However, my guest couldn't come to HK on the specific day. I called the hotel, and they told me you cannot change the guest name. I called the TRIP customer service and she told me I could actually add one more guest name. Finally I could check in at the hotel and enjoy one night, so that I didn't waste the money I have paid. Thanks so much to TRIP customer service and they really provide a nice service. Very helpful. Thank you!

CCc_xiGreat service and spacious rooms, right by the sea. The only downside is that the last shuttle to Disneyland usually leaves at 8:35 PM, so you can't watch the fireworks. If you do, you'll miss the shuttle and have to take a taxi, which isn't ideal. The hotel also offers shuttles to West Kowloon, Tung Chung, and Sunny Bay.

GGuest UserThe surrounding environment of the hotel and the lobby decoration of the hotel were so good, the breakfast was good, and the room was not too bad, but it was a little disappointing that the bed layout was close to the entrance door. I remember more than anything that the front desk staff named Thomas explained so kindly when I checked in.
