Our family of three stayed at this hotel primarily because of its convenient location near Hong Kong Station. This allowed us to utilize the in-town check-in service, checking all our luggage directly to the airport. Consequently, on our last day, we were hands-free and didn't have to carry our bags around while shopping. We also enjoyed views of Victoria Harbour at night, and it offered excellent value for money!

My stay here was absolutely superb, and I must give this hotel a glowing review! Its location is a major highlight; it's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, with abundant dining and shopping options nearby, making it incredibly convenient for both travel and daily life. During check-in, the receptionist was incredibly efficient and genuinely friendly. They even proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities, which made me feel very welcome. The room itself was more spacious than expected and spotlessly clean. The bedding felt soft and comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The bathroom featured well-designed wet/dry separation, hot water was immediate, and the pressure was perfect. Furthermore, the room's soundproofing was excellent; I heard no noise at night, which is absolutely crucial for a good stay. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Western and Chinese options, all delicious and catering to different preferences. Check-out was lightning-fast, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. It offers outstanding value for money, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a trip here!

We had a wonderful stay in Hong Kong with our baby. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We were delighted to be upgraded to a spacious harbour view suite, which was immaculate and well-equipped, including a comfortable baby bed. The location was perfect for our needs, making it easy to get around the city. Everything about our stay was flawless, and we would happily return.

It's true what they say about hotels in Hong Kong being pricey and compact – I've certainly experienced it firsthand! Fortunately, this trip I got an upgrade to a suite and even got to enjoy a view of Victoria Harbour in the rain. The location is incredibly convenient. The MTR station is just around the corner from the building, and within a couple of blocks, you can find dim sum spots, traditional Hong Kong-style cafes (Bing Sutt), and even late-night street food stalls. Definitely recommend!

Located near Bauhinia Square, the hotel boasts beautiful sea views and very welcoming service. The covered walkway connecting the hotel directly to the subway station is incredibly convenient, providing excellent shelter from the elements. It seemed some elevators were undergoing maintenance or an upgrade, as they didn't operate in sync, which occasionally led to longer waiting times. However, I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary bottle of red wine from the hotel. The wine itself was delicious – light-bodied, smooth, and refreshing. A really nice unexpected touch.

Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked it for the convenient location (you can reach 2 metro lines walking from hotel through the sky bridges, and the star ferry 😉 in no-time!) From the moment I stepped into the hotel and room, I was genuinely blown away. The space was not only luxurious but thoughtfully designed down to every detail, the bedding was clean and comfortable. I had breakfast included which I can recommend the choices are very diverse with slight changes each day. Staff was very polite and helpful! The elevator was fast and smoothly and I stayed during a vacation period, (I stayed on the 37th floor - 3 floors away from top level) This stay didn’t just meet my expectations it completely exceeded them. I can’t wait to return, need to save up but will be worth to stay again!!

Pool was great. Beds were hard. Room had a musky smell, but they provided an air purifier.

The front desk got our room type wrong twice and was very rude upon request to change for the second time. Absolutely unacceptable.

Best hotel to stay for business in Hong Kong exhibition center. Life after the work is good enough in the vicinity. From Wanchai to Kowloon, it is convenient to take the ferry crossing from the pier nearby the hotel.

The location to hk convention centre is very close by. The hotel provided drinking water in the room.
