We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

For the price paying is not bad. Just that location is a bit quite at night, if driving or take grab is not a issue, can go anywhere. Drive is 7min to permas jaya. 2 min drive to the area where a lot of eateries.

Good to stay for a long trip. Comfortable room. Huge room and easy to access room. Staff friendly.

The hotel is good, conveniently located near Regency Hospital. It offers spacious and clean accommodations. I will definitely choose to stay there again.

very good and clean hotel

This hotel was chosen as a last-minute change of hotel. I won't mention the name of the hotel I stayed in before. I always felt that the yin energy was too strong. I felt uncomfortable in the room for no reason the whole night. I didn't decide to change hotels until my face turned pale. It was almost 12 o'clock in the morning and I still felt that I needed to change hotels. It was too scary. Then I chose this hotel. The hygiene and overall feeling were good.

I was assigned a house facing the street, and it was very noisy with motorcycles driving back and forth at night. Sometimes you will see a few small ants on the bed, and this hotel does not have breakfast. If you need breakfast, you have to prepare it yourself. Everything else is OK.

Not bad, there are a lot of food nearby, and the hotel environment is OK

The room is spacious and comfortable. Good service. Location is ok but there is no restaurant nearby. You can order grabfood / foodpanda if you are too lazy to go out. The room is clean and the price is very reasonable, especially for business travelers.

Hotel rooms facing the road are noisy

Clean and spacious room but noise from the road is very very bad... there are no shops or convenient stores nearby. 1-2 malay food stalls but probably we arrived near midnight. Free parking. Provided amenities. There is an elevator in the hotel. Good for a night stay.
