The room is a bit small, the fan is very dusty and had a humid smell inside. However the lady is friendly and accommodating, ok for one nights stay but not longer.

For a small room, acceptable for a short and temporarly stay.

The booking didn’t say no window.  Very misleading. I would not have booked had I known.  Bathroom looked like a disaster.  Walks are very thin.  Heard people in next room fighting a lot, I think they live in the room.  At 5am a lot of noise from the people in rooms beside.  Bed is short, my feet were hanging off the end, I am 6 feet tall. Sketchy place!!  You have been warned!

the room is clean, bed sheets and pillow cases are newly changed and washed.has complete amenities. we have a comfortable sleep during our stay here.chinese owner is friendly.

This is a guest house not a hotel. Managemenet always not at office,they come to collect money only.Thats all.

Not that good as a hotel for a Western traveler

some black mold around the bathroom, probably due to poor ventilation. the room had a bit of a cigarette smell even though it's a nonsmoking guest house. it was alright for 1 night but i wouldn't want to stay any longer than that.

The landlady feels very nice and welcoming. The hotel is very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants and shops around to eat and buy things.

It's right between Yau Ma Tei Station and Jordan Station. The room is small and the bed is small. The price is acceptable. Hong Kong is very expensive. The boss is very good. I have stayed here 3 times. It's just that the other guests are a bit noisy.
