It's located within Chungking Mansions. The conditions are appalling. The owner appeared to be Indian. Unless you're on a very tight budget and saving money is your absolute top priority, I would not recommend it.

We were stranded for a day due to heavy rain. In the Chungking Mansions, there were a bunch of old Indians living upstairs and downstairs. If you're not afraid, go stay there. The people were very welcoming, but the rooms were small and not soundproof.

At first, the location was really hard to find. I didn't expect it to be on the first floor of a building. But surprisingly, the room was well-equipped.
