Was given an upgrade when checking in, and given a king sized bed on the top most floor. Room size was adequate and cozy, though it kinda differed from what I had seen and booked online. The superior queen room A that I had booked somehow seemed larger, and had separate shower and bathtub facilities, whilst my room only had a tub and shower combo. Anyway, the room seemed newly renovated and well maintained and clean, so no complaints there. It is conveniently located, with a subway station just right in front of the hotel, and walking distance to 2 malls with supermarkets. Staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was decent, though a better variety of food offered would have been preferred. All in all, a pleasant stay and experience, and this hotel will definitely be in serious consideration when I next visit Wuxi again.

Have stayed here before but this time was a small let down. Check in not as friendly as usual. Room was a bit small and musty. Had an okay stay but it is usually better. Overall I like the hotel and the area. Good for the price, just don't expect the Ritz at this price.

good location for business travel

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were professional, the bath was lovely. The breakfast was standard with basic breakfast options. The location was decent and easy to get to places from with a car. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Overall a good experience when visiting Wuxi :)

The hotel facilities are relatively old, and the difference between them and the certain season is not a little bit different. Even the classics of a certain hotel are far behind. I woke up at 2 o'clock in the evening due to the heat. I called the front desk and the cold answer was that we don't have central air conditioning. Yes, I had no choice but to do customer service myself. It was a hot summer and the bed was given a thick duvet. I asked the front desk if there were any thinner quilts. The front desk told us that they were all the same quilts and there were no thin ones. The service awareness is too weak. There may be a lot of noise nearby due to subway construction at night. At 8 o'clock in the morning, the room staff should be collecting empty bottles and cans. The noise is very loud. The curtains are not good at blocking out light. The shower head is also very noisy. The flow of water is also very small. The dental equipment is also very low. I think I will stay for free in the future, but I will not choose it again.

The front desk was very welcoming. During the May Day holiday, there were many people and they upgraded our room type for free.
