Place is in a city area, near MTR station. Overall location is good. But place is way tooo small, bed is short for anyone taller then 175. Smells so bad inside, Ac is too dirty. Walls are to tin, All the sounds can hear around. For that price, even it's HK, should be way better.

AVOID! Damp room with mold. Noisy. Smell of sewage and waste. Run down premisies. Staff smokes inside the premises, even that's prohibited by law.

Small room but good enough for Hong Kong where every inches equal to gold! Very near to Mong Kok MRT station. Bed is comfortable. And room is clean. Not for fussy customers!

A typical HK small room. The personel is really nice and the room is clean. Some customer smoke in the room so it can smell cigarette everywhere....

Location is great. Got food, metro station and shopping area. Room is clean. Receptionist explain everything in details. Room is ok considering Hong Kong size.

I really recommend it for those of you who want to go to Hong Kong on a traveling budget. very strategic location. the room is enough for two and clean. cold ac. The only problem I got was difficulty finding the building (even though it was actually very easy), because the address said the building was located in Rong Hua Building, but the main entrance said Wing Wah Building, and the building guard couldn't speak English. but, in general, I am very happy to stay here.
