Family-friendly Hotels in Hong Kong

Booked a standard room. The room is very small with 2 single beds. The toilet flushing system is not working well and very slow. The hotel has also never provided toothpaste and toothbrush. The room is rated as 4 stars but the facilities are below expected. The location is not that close to MTR and quite difficult to find the location.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family. It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie. Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable. Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life: Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

My wife and I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile in Hong Kong for two nights as part of our honeymoon, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay special, and one person, in particular, stood out—Jayce. Jayce was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our honeymoon was truly unforgettable. Whether it was arranging a romantic setup in our room or offering personalized recommendations for local experiences, Jayce's kindness and attention to detail made a world of difference. The hotel itself was luxurious, with immaculate rooms and breathtaking views of the city, but it was the exceptional service that truly set our stay apart. We felt genuinely cared for, and it's clear that the team at the Holiday Inn Golden Mile takes great pride in creating memorable experiences for their guests. If you're looking for a place to stay in Hong Kong where you will be treated like royalty, we highly recommend the Holiday Inn Golden Mile. Overall, the hotel feels quite new compared to the usual hotels in Kowloon which can be relatively old. Quite a good sized room with a nice view for the price, especially in Hong Kong. Check-in on a Sat afternoon was a little chaotic but understandable given the volume. The hotel is connected directly to the mall which is very convenient. There’s an MTR (Mongkok East) exit into the mall too. To get to Nathan Road etc., might be best to take a walk as it’s a bit of a detour to take the East Rail Line MTR to connect to Tsuen Wan Line MTR.

I recently stayed at Alva hotel and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, offering a great view. The amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch. The location was perfect, close metro stations . I highly recommend Alva hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

There were hiccups during the check in, and thus I had to wait outside my room while maintenance was still in process thank god there was a housekeeper that was around and informed me that the room is under maintenance, so thus I will need to be assigned to a new room, so thus the room manager at the 41st floor Natalie upgraded my room and her crisis omanagement towards my enquiry of what’s goingo on and what happened everything in a minute and she apologised the room that was assigned to me she has no idea why did they assigned to me.. thank you for Natalie her quick response and also her service was amazing! Thank you Natalie u make my day not a bad one after all!!

Nice and clean room with good amenities. Bed was slightly short but otherwise, the room was great - good thermostat, table, bed, bathroom. Only wish I could’ve used HDMI on the TV

The location of Regal Airport Hotel with direct access to the airport within 5 minutes is our choice for early morning departure or late night arrival. We’d stayed here for both and it saved a lot of stress.   Our room was spacious and quiet.

Fantastic stay, the best rooms in Hong Kong for home stay. The swimming pool and gym are great , and there is also sauna and steam room. Location is near shenzhen bay checkpoint, and three or four stops by tram from the nearest metro station.

Overall, Empire Hotel in Wan Chai is a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service in Hong Kong. Highly recommended!
