AAnonymous UserThe staffs are the best of the best. They are very well trained because they are very professional, polite and friendly. The butler service are a great experience as you can text them and request tea, which they brewed for you. I ordered them at midnight and they replied my request in no time. The room is very quiet and sound proof.

GGuest UserI don't usually leave reviews, but the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong truly deserves one. The hotel's convenient location is a given. We stayed here for three days, and the attentive service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were incredibly warm and welcoming. Upon seeing we had a child, they proactively offered a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed an extra bed. Every time we stepped out, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile, which always started our day on a positive note. The room was also impeccably tidy, with even our charging cables neatly coiled. Our child left an umbrella in the lobby, and a male staff member from lost and found patiently spent over ten minutes helping us look for it, for which I felt quite apologetic. The hotel breakfast was also excellent and plentiful, with high-quality ingredients. As we were leaving, our child said they definitely want to stay here again on our next trip to Hong Kong.

TTim NazarovHad a couple days stay at these apartments. A few thing that I may say for those looking to know wether it is worth it or not 1. Location - is great, a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui metro stations, ferry, 24 hour 7-eleven etc. 2. Room with a balcony is a must have - you’re basically paying for you personal spot with a harbor view which is fantastic 3. Rooms have everything you need and are spacious. We had a washing and drying machine, fridge, stove. Nothing to add here 4. Rooms filling is great 5. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly from reception to the pool and restaurant. 5* service here 6. The connecting floor and restaurant area are just stunning. Feels like you’re walking inside someone luxury apartment - big chess for children, other table games, view spots to chill I front of the great view, various art installations. It’s a great place to be What I can not understand is how in that wonderful place it can be such a mediocre kitchen. I’m not particularly picky on the food, conbini foods and Don Quijote fried chicken are fine for me, but that was something unexpected. I would highly suggest changing the kitchen to something more appropriate to the overall level of the apartment. Hong Kong has a billion fantastic kitchen options but that was around European 3* old hotel experience, unfortunately. It just didn’t taste anyhow, nothing. The buns were not fresh, the salad was not fresh, eggs were not done correctly, though deserts were fine. Anyway, hope this helps somebody

The hotel is in a perfect location, beautifully designed, and our room was very spacious with a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant, and attentive, which made the stay even better. The only downside is that the price is not cheap, but overall it’s an excellent choice and we were very happy with our stay.

The hairdryer, in particular, looks like something straight out of an old TV show – it seriously needs an upgrade. Cleanliness: Despite its age, the cleanliness is commendable; it's old but spotless. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere is incredible, completely enveloped by the joy of Disney. Service: The characters and staff here are truly amazing! Their interactions are so engaging you almost don't want to leave. There's no rushing, no bothering – just pure patience, warmth, and genuine care. Club Lounge Dining Service (including breakfast, evening light meals, snacks & drinks): Breakfast was outstanding. As for dinner, it's more of a light snack offering, but the unlimited refills on all kinds of beverages were a great convenience.

GGuest UserWe were in town for some business with an elderly family member and a child, and after careful consideration, we decided on Hotel Indigo. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming during check-in, and she even kindly upgraded our room. In Hong Kong, where space is a luxury, finding a room over 30 square meters for this price is truly remarkable value. Although the hotel entrance is quite discreet, we were perfectly satisfied with the room's cleanliness and overall condition, which is what truly counts. I must admit, I was a little apprehensive after reading some previous reviews, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. Breakfast was perfectly adequate – nothing fancy, but certainly enough to start your day. All the hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is super convenient, with numerous dining options and the MTR station just a stone's throw away. What's more, on stormy days, they thoughtfully provide umbrellas at the hotel entrance.
