Would like to shout out for the very warm and sweet update of the room this time, much appreciate it! :)
I forgot to bring my charger this time and thanks to the staff who stayed in 18/F (on duty) for help, she made sure I had what I wanted and asked me to check if the charger worked before she left my room. To ensure the guest has what they need, this thoughtful action/help is very sweet!
Sadly the wooden toothbrush problem still hasn't been solved, this time is even worse... when the wooden toothbrush got wet, it smelled so bad @@... I really hope the purchasing team who purchase this item really use and try them before providing this. Put yourself into someone's shoes.
Anyway, I am sure Eaton will always do their best and I will definitely share and recommend whoever coming to visit HK to stay in this pretty chill and friendly hotel. :)

Empire Hotel Causeway Bay - Hong Kong
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I knew already a while ago that Hong Kong hotels are small in sizes due to how expensive real estate here is, but given how small the space they were able to make it very comfortable for me. I am traveling solo and yet it just feels like I am in my apartment in Vancouver, BC. The location of this hotel is also amazing as I am one of those leisure travelers who avoid fancy areas as I want to experience Hong Kong just like the locals where nearby markets, family-owned restaurants and shopping areas are. Cleanliness and service is top-notch too! I couldn’t say a thing about how awesome it is. Soundproofing is amazing too. Also, their airconditioning unit is pretty cold and great for the hot Hong Kong weather. I will surely be back and look to book this hotel again. Consider it a compliment as I don’t usually go back to the same hotel unless it was exceptional of an experience!

Good location near the center and MTR. Upon check in, I was informed that smoking is prohibited in the room. When I enter to the room, get smoke smell, I ask room for change but staff said will send HK for spray, no room for change. I have to stay in this room for whole period, very disappointed. Not provide drinking water in the room, you can buy at convenient store near by.

Hotel TUVE, nestled on Tsing Fung Street, a place brimming with neighborhood charm, is thoughtfully designed for guests who aspire to immerse themselves in the local enchantment of Hong Kong. Strategically hidden between the gaps of viaducts and vintage buildings, the hotel resembles a modern art masterpiece, quietly narrating the tales of the city.
Upon entering TUVE, guests will immediately be captivated by its subtle yet avant-garde design aesthetic. This is all thanks to the ingenuity of a renowned design team in Hong Kong, who skillfully utilized materials such as concrete, black iron, brass, oak wood, and wired glass to cloak the hotel in a design identity.
Stepping inside the TUVE, every step is filled with surprises. In contrast to the steady dark tones of the lobby and ground floor, the guest room floors feature pristine white minimalist corridors, offering a refreshing and elegant ambiance. The rooms are compact yet cleverly laid out, with a "multi-functional treasure box" that, when unfolded, reveals a Mini bar, desk, and chair, elegantly presenting a space-saving yet practical setup.
It's worth mentioning that the founder of TUVE is also a design master, whose relentless pursuit of detail is reflected in every piece of furniture in the guest rooms – extendable desk-cabinets, uniquely shaped lamps, comfortable chairs, and every other item are his unique interpretations of design aesthetics.
Stay in Hotel TUVE, you will not only enjoy a visual feast brought by design but also feel the warmth and comfort emanating from within. TUVE aspires to provide each guest with a profound exploration journey about design and life.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. It felt like being at home with family.
It's important to note that I'm recovering from a back surgery. Prior to my short stay at the Cordis, I had spent the past 4 weeks on bed rest. After 4 weeks if over 22 hours a day in bed, I was desperate to get out of the house. I was also very nervous because my spine is still very fragile. The service was completely customized to fit my needs and I was made to feel welcome and comfortable. Every day I looked forward to speaking with the staff, especially Jocelyn, Lucky, and Yosie.
Everything at the hotel was perfect. Despite being a very nice, modern, and clean hotel, staying here felt like staying at a family members house...Very cozy, warm and comfortable.
Thank you to everyone on the Executive Club Level team for helping us have the best hotel stay of our life:
Kevin, Mahen, Jocelyn, Yosie, Tommy, Edwin, Lucky, Vicky, Jay
I will refer everyone I can to come stay at Cordis Hotel when in Hong Kong, and I will definitely be back.... hopefully next month!

We have been greeted by eager and welcoming staff that helped us with our luggages. Our room is not ready when we arrived but Sam (Duty manager) offered us a complimentary drinks and stay at the lounge. The lounge on 38th floors was an amazing view to the harbour and K11. We got our room on the 30th floor which has the same view to the harbour and it's has been perfect. The room is big with better quality emnities. Most importantly the room is clean. Sam and Lily, go out of their way to make sure I celebrate my GF birthday in a meaningful ways. I'm grateful to them. The hotel is strategically near to an MTR and a few other eateries. It's easy to travel around and finding food.

YYumiaotongxingI wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Leo, K and reservation team for their incredible support during our stay. This day is truly significant for my fiancé and me as we are preparing to register our marriage at Red Cotton Tree Road.
Despite the whirlwind of organizing photographers, videographers, floral arrangements, and managing guest visits, the Upper House team’s exceptional hospitality made all the difference. We truly couldn’t have done it without their unwavering support.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Upper House, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. Thank you once again for everything!

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at The Hari and had a wonderful experience on all fronts - hotel staff were consistently professional and polite and our room was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed a first-class Sunday brunch at the hotel's in-house Italian restaurants, Lucciola (15% discount for hotel guests was most appreciated!). Food quality was excellent, varied and in just the right quantity. We also had a wonderful view looking down on Lockhart Road with its traditional Hong Kong hustle and bustle. Special mention here to Nick and Bibek who provided superb and professional service throughout our brunch and really helped to make it a memorable experience for us. We would strongly recommend the Hari Hotel and Lucciola Restaurant to other travelers and visitors.

MMauro P.Best location on the island, very near to metro and breakfast locations if you do not desire to consume the breakfast in-house. The cocktail bar on the 29th floor is great quality. The pool is also fancy enough for unwind during the day. I was impressed by the design and the spacious room. I'll certainly keep it as a reference point for my trips to HK. The view from the room was not great but in this part of the city the buildings are all next to each other so i consider that very good. Thanks to all the staff. Ciao and see you hopefully soon.!
