I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the hotel is old and the price for much more modern and luxurious accommodations are similar if not cheaper elsewhere. Great view from the room though even though it was only on the 5th floor.

The location of the hotel couldn’t be beat. Literally everything that you would ever desire (varieties of international food, shopping, sightseeing, parks, etc) is within a 20-25 minute walk. We walked to the famous Victoria Harbour for the spectacular CNY fireworks show and enjoyed the community spirit of Hong Kong. The staff are very visible and welcoming. We were also enthused to witness the CNY lion dance, sponsored by the hotel. Spectacular!

The room not quite big but can accommodate to two persons. It’s a bit far to HK Disneyland, but good thing it’s near and walkable to MRT station, and it’s a big plus in travelling using the daily transport, rather than spending much to taxis or cab. A lot of food stores and restaurants outside if you want to explore the foodstuff. Fresh towels provided daily and I kinda like it.

Stayed on 18/f with partial harbour view. View’s nice but could hear cars passing by. Am light sleeper so requested upper floors but between 18-36 they gave me 18/f. The room stinks a little like carpet being wet or someone pooped inside or sth, lasted whole stay. The sealant of the shower cubicle clearly was off so when we showered water leaked to vanity area and also leaked to toilet side… not a cheap hotel but the quality of the bedroom is really not up to par. Bed’s comfy though but pillows not.
Shower and toilet share one door so when I showered while my partner was doing his business in the toilet he had no door to close~~ interesting design.
Front desk is helpful.

Mondrian Hotel Hong Kong – An Unforgettable Experience!
I stayed at Mondrian Hotel Hong Kong during my recent trip, and I was truly impressed from start to finish.
The location is perfect—right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and just a few steps away from the MTR station. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, modern, with a super comfy bed and an amazing city view. But what stood out the most to me was the exceptional service.
The staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with even the smallest things. But what I’m most grateful for is how they kept my jewelry and watches safe when I accidentally left them in the hotel safe. They made multiple attempts to contact me, handled everything responsibly, and ensured I got my belongings back safely.
I truly appreciate their kindness and top-tier service. If I ever return to Hong Kong, Mondrian will definitely be my first choice! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious yet warm and attentive hotel experience.

It was in a great location in Tsim Sha Tsui. Also, because of the road in front of the hotel, it was easy to get an Uber or taxi quickly. The wheelchair and bed cleaning services were also very good and very helpful. The bread at breakfast was freshly baked and delicious, and the matcha latte was just the right amount of sweet, not too sweet.

GGuest UserWe have stayed at St Regis for our wedding. The hotel is beautiful. The stuff was extremely helpful to help to provide us a lot of different things before the wedding day. A special thanks for the bottle of champagne in our room after the wedding day. We would come back again with a big pleasure.

AAmyamyamyamyExcellent stay. The hotel is located right at Tai Koo station which made it very easy to get around. All the staff very extremely helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and while I would say some of the food wasn’t as warm as I would have thought, it was delicious. I had drinks at Sugar on the 32nd floor - the staff were so friendly and checked in on me often with great recommendations.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again!

TTravel maker 13It’s probably one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. Very good location as it’s connected to the Admiralty station and also walking distance to Central area, Hong Kong Park, Peak tram etc.
Good for short trip and business people.
The whole experience was just as fantastic however if you ever stay there, better turn the wine fridge off during night time.
There was a fridge (wine fridge) in the room and it was making crazy noise for whole night and I couldn’t sleep a wink unfortunately 😞
I could have turned it off but too bad I didn’t 🥲🥲🥲

YYeow ChorOur hotel stay at the Arca was quite satisfactory. The room was quite big and there were three comfortable beds. The toilet is also very spacious and large, and allows for two shower rooms inside. The design of the room was quite smart, all in all. The location was okay, easily visible from the nearest station. The service was also very good, they even offered us a complimentary cake for my wife’s birthday as well as three complimentary drinks as an apology for the slightly delayed check-in. All in all, great hotel!
MMikamommaThe main door is small so first impression the rooms might be small but wow the toilet js big for hk new hotels standards , it is boutique hotel but they gives all the things u need in a hotel room like shower cap, toothbrush comb etc . The most welcoming staff there would be elder man who opened the main door for us and greeted us very welcomingly andi helpful with directions, the lady staff at the counter for check in was average. Other than the hotel, location is good as they are near to offices at wan chai and around 6 mins walk to SOGO shopping area. There is a few nice hk cafe around the hotel

NNikolay FateevGood upper class hotel, but a bit too pretentious. The hotel building and lobby are stylish, the room is clean and nice, but is reminiscent of a standard hilton or marriot, so don't expect to be exciting. A big plus was a gym open 24h (for strength training only dumbbells up to 20kg). The hotel is fine, but for this price you would be better off booking the Fleming (nearby)

AAnonymous UserAll the hotel staff are extremely hospitable, professional, and polite. However, that is the only positive aspect of the hotel. The property is very basic and desperately in need of renovation. On the travel app, it is advertised as one of the top 20 most Instagrammable hotels in Hong Kong, but I have no idea what one would photograph.
The swimming pool on the 27th floor was locked, but through the door, I could see that it was very small and shallow—unsuitable even for children. The location is right next to a street market, which can get extremely crowded.
Breakfast, advertised as a semi-buffet, was very simple and below average. This review is directed at IHG, as they should seriously consider renovating the property. The staff are doing their best, but as it stands, this is hardly a 4-star hotel.
I initially chose it because of my previous stay at Indigo Bangkok, which was a much better experience.
