Must visit hotel, in clam quite place no noice prefect place to chill

The hotel environment is very good, very quiet, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel has a car to go to the ancient city, and you can also borrow bicycles to go to the ancient city. It is cost-effective

Great staff, very new and clean, good amenities however the gym is very underwhelming for a hotel of this standard.

This hotel is very new and well furnished. The architecture and in room design is stunning. However, the location is a bit remote, which is good for someone who like an escape from the crowed areas.

Beautiful new hotel, tasteful decorated with large rooms and fantastic views of the river. The personnel here was the most friendly and attentive we ever experienced. We made good use of their heavenly swimming pool and we enjoyed the a la carte breakfast. The only minor inconvenience was the location, you are not very close to the best beach nor to the city centre, but the issue is quickly solved by an inexpensive and fast car ride.

Very nice hotel, quiet. Rooms are great. Once per trip they serve afternoon tea/coffee/juices with snacks. There is also a free bike tour, which involves riding through rice fields and roads with crazy traffic. We went on such a tour, got injured, the guide did not even notice our absence, left, came back later, did nothing, we had to run along unfamiliar streets looking for a pharmacy or a store, the guide stood there doing nothing all this time, then we had to walk along the side of the road with an injury, carrying bicycles. When we arrived at the hotel, the girls from the reception were able to treat the wound. Overall, we really liked the hotel, but the inaction of the employee left a terrible impression. Before leaving, they offered to order a taxi, when we were already seated, they told us the price was three times more than what was shown in all taxi apps.

It's a good place to stay in Hoa An. It would be the best if it didn't overlap with Vietnamese or Chinese groups. LOL When we do, it's like a market. The breakfast is good and the pool is the best. I plan to visit again when it's not crowded.

The hotel is very good and the service is also very good. It is really a suitable place for vacation. But if you want to visit Hoi An at night, I don’t recommend it. It’s a bit far and you need to take a ride to make it convenient.

I don't know what it was like because I made a reservation and didn't go, but it seems a bit odd that they don't give you a 100% refund as soon as you make the reservation.
