A beautiful hotel in a central but quiet location. Excellent service, nice breakfast and very comfortable room.

A very nice setting, feels elevated, wonderful pool area, friendly staff with good service attitude, welcoming and warm. Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, quite and clean. Location is perfectly situated where things happen in Vientiane.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The friendly staff welcomed us with big smiles and made us feel home instantly. The hotel is new and well designed. The facilities and rooms are sparkling clean. The Hotel is located in a quiet street, yet a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants and night markets. We would definitely come back at the Souphrattra Hotel on our next visit to Vientiane.

The location is great, very close to the night market, right at the door, and close to Bar Street and French Street. But it takes half an hour to walk to the Arc de Triomphe. The room is a bit small, the bathroom layout is unreasonable, either the shower room has no door, or you have to shower in the bathtub. The service was good and the minibar was free. An afternoon tea was also provided. The hotel's small swimming pool is very picturesque. There is no sofa to rest in the room except the bed, so you have to go to the balcony. The hotel is very close to the airport. Breakfast is semi-buffet and you can order food, but the staff is a bit low-level. There are too many people and they feel a bit chaotic when ordering.

The location is close to the Mekong River, which is quite central and quiet in a busy city. The environment is good. Although breakfast is ordered, there are many types to choose from. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, but the hotel staff will help carry the luggage to the room. When you check out, call the front desk and someone will come to pick up the luggage, so it can make up for it.

This time I went to Vientiane, Laos on a business trip. I chose a boutique hotel that had just opened for trial operation. The location was very OK, the internal environment and structure of the hotel were also very OK, and there were pictures to share. I chose an executive room and stayed there for seven days. This hotel was newly opened in 2014. I chose this place on my first day in Vientiane. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responded to our requests in a timely manner.
