If I could give it 20/10 I would , the best place we stayed in Vietnam , lovely home stay run by a lovely family , great beds , showers , new air con lovely balcony , the owners go the extra mile with taxis , tours , changing money , laundry , It was a perfect and memorable stay in Hoi An Thanks for your hospitality all !!!

We had a great stay here. A lovely homestay with very helpful owners. Room was lovely and clean, nice balcony and everything worked as it should. The owner helped us book taxis (she has a driver and it’s better value than grab), book excursions, hire a bike and we even had our laundry done here. Great stay, 2 minute walk from the night market and 5 minutes from old town. Plenty of shops nearby. Would recommend staying here.

Hoi an the best place in vietnam for me very tipical city and the boat are very unforgettable .

I am a foreign tourist traveling alone. I made a reservation and made an appointment to check in, but you didn't wait for me.  The staff disappeared and couldn't be contacted. I couldn't reach them by phone.  If you're thinking of opening a hotel, don't open it. Doing this is taking advantage of consumers. 🌑😡😡😡

The price was low, so there is nothing to complain about, the room is comfortable, and the owners are friendly and ready to help with any problems of a tourist. The location is good, close to all the sights, but on a quiet street. The only thing is a little annoying to take off your shoes and put on slippers (common for everyone) before entering the house.

The hotel is just for one night, nothing special

Near Hoi An Ancient Town, a World Heritage Site, the buildings look enchanting.

근처에 한식당있고 올드 타운 야시장도 가까워서 좋습니다. 숙소는 오래 됐지만 깔끔합니다. 가족여행보다는 친구들끼리 여행하기 좋은 분위기입니다 ^^

Perfect location! And the highest point is the whole family, Phuong, mother and father, all of them are so kind, helpful and always smiling. They also have laundry service, which I recommend. We also booked a few trips with them, including Memory Show. I surely recommend them to stay close to everything, but away from the noise.

The hosts were very accommodating and friendly and gave great recommendations on what to do in Hoi An. We went to an amazing cooking class which was recommended by them! Room was also a good size and clean and as three young women we felt very safe staying here, would recommend!
