Next to Ben Thanh Market. Convinence to move around. Nearby have food and stuff to buy. Inclusive of a good breakfast. Not good is that those premier room is facing the street. Noisy in the morning starting about 6+ am in the morning.

Great spot next to the markets and about 15 minutes walk to Bui Vien street. Decent bar and food underneath. Definitely value for money.

My stay at this hotel is a pleasent one but the only set back is my bathtub and the room safebox is spoilt .

To be very honest. I love its location, as it faces Ben Thenh market, though i don't shop at all. Its breakfast is adequately sufficient with local, western style. Coffee, tea, fruits, water and milk available for easy going travelers. Cab/Taxi is available at this location even for midnight/wee-hour flight. Just use Grab app. Cleanliness is an issue. some room may stink a little from tobacco. (installation to mimic Japanese style, but fail terribly. What i like about this hotel: location is surrounded by endless choices for foodie at local rate and also middle high (pubs, bars, steakhouse such as 'Soul'). What i don't like is the cleanliness issue. What to watch out : It is quite often that local don't bother about cleanliness. And if foreign traveler asked for cleaning service, you might be charged extra.

Central location in district 1. Staff were very accommodating. And organised a very luxurious car to take me to the airport the next day.

Lucky me, I had an excellent view over Ben Than Market and surroundings. Top location and beakfast buffet was also excellent as in most hotel I have been in HCMC. Given that I had a promo rate, so nothing to complain, bed was comfortable and I had quiet nights. However, to be completed, I guess the last renovation of bath and rooms is a few years ago.

I booked the room with window , however the receptionist assigned with no window . The bathroom was old and outdated Surrounding the hotel is not safe . Homeless walking around
