Hotel is well made and good ambience. However the swimming pool wasn't functional. Reception folks and bell boy were super helpful. Rooms are spacious with a good breakfast spread, however less options for vegetarian.

The hotel facilities is great. Near most of the restaurants and the locals food. Walking to the place of interest too. If by grab also about 15min to the place of interest.

Lovely staff, incredibly friendly and most spoke English to a good standard. I stayed in a suite located on top floor. In itself they were spacious and was a self contained studio. Suggest the hotel puts a couple pieces of crockery in the kitchen in case you want to use the oven or hob. Location it was around 40-50mins away from airport and still another 20mins away from the old quarters so needed a taxi as to far to walk to the major attractions. As a business hub it was excellent location as not to over crowded by tourists.

Very nice hotel in Hanoi, the room is clean and sizable. I love the tub for bath.

Brilliant experience from start to finish!! Staff extremely helpful as where the tour people involved with hotel. Gym was excellent with on site spa and swimming pool would definitely recommend

Very spacious room and friendly staff. It is little away from the main market but you can easily get taxi outside. But be aware of scammer taxi drivers who insist you going by meter. Always book taxi using mobile app like Grab or pre negotiate the price.
