Great experience! Clean and spacious room. Less than 5 min (by car) from JJ Mall. Breakfast is well served. Definitely worth staying there.

I have always stayed at Hilton Hampton, but this is my first time here. The overall hardware style is the same. The difference is the service. The front desk service is average, not as considerate as other Hilton front desks. I stayed with my mother-in-law and two kids, but they didn't consider that we needed more slippers and toiletries, and we also bought two half-price children's tickets for breakfast. There was no small gift when I left, so the service is three stars.

Overall it was good, except for the tea stains on the table. It would be better if disposable razors were added. Secondly, it would be better to have air conditioning and heating in winter. If the heating cost is high, you can provide a quilt.
