City Comfort Inn Hotel (Jiangmen Heshan Hecheng) Reviews

This hotel is very very new and I was told that it only opened a few months before my stay in September 2024. There is some distance from the nearest market but there are some stores (pharmacy, convenient stores) along the way. I would definitely come back when I am around the area. This is the best hotel around Hecheng Town

I've chosen this hotel many times on business trips because of its great environment, but this time, something really upset and infuriated me. After breakfast, I was in my room for a meeting that morning. Around 11:50, the front desk called and said if I didn't leave, I'd be charged 20 yuan for every extra hour. I asked if I had to leave before 12:00, and they said yes. Only 10 minutes to pack—is that typical of service professionals? Afterward, the hotel manager apologized, quite sincerely, and said I shouldn't book through the platform anymore. I could book the same room through the mini-program and get a later checkout. I didn't understand, but I had to respect it. After all, that's the policy.

The new hotel has a good environment and good hygiene

來到比較偏遠的地方出差，本有點擔心是否可以找到安全衞生的住宿，但是實際是我多慮了。房間不大，但是很新、很乾凈，有圓桌大小剛好可以用電腦，放些物品。

前台辦理入住快，性價比超高，停車方便，下次還來這訂

前台小姐姐很美

帶父母一起出行的，明明有兩間對門的和隔壁的，就是不給調整，兩間房隔好遠，照顧長者都很不方便。簡直了呀，為難別人也沒方便他們自己呀，太作了！
