Location is away from the tourist area 春熙路 Stay was good as hotel is new, service was great however staffs need to improve on their general knowledge of the area. Getting ride is difficult during rainy days as there's no hotel lobby for pick up only at the side of the road. This is the apartment type where you don't see the hotel name on the building and lobby is located on level 11. Look for the address at both sides of the building. Nearby areas are still in construction hence very noisy early morning. They serve decent breakfast. Front desk Staff are not helpful for directions and locations of supermarket and restaurants. Nearby shopping area is 环球中心 great place for food and shopping for everything, too far to walk need to get rides but if you can cycle it will be nice. Across the road after the lake there's a supermarket and nice local food and McDonald too.

The service provided by Mr. Li at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. We upgraded the room type for free. The facilities and equipment in the room are very new, especially the Dyson hair dryer and Grohe Villeroy & Boch sanitary ware, which are very comfortable to use. There is also a washer-dryer, range hood, induction cooker, and vegetable sink in the room. It feels like home and I feel like I can stay there for a long time. This will become the hotel of choice when visiting Chengdu.
