It was past midnight, and the karaoke bar was so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. The windows were not soundproof at all, and as a result, I didn't get enough rest, which delayed my trip the next day. The front desk staff was too mean. The service staff on the floor and in the restaurant were better."
