The hotel is right in the town, and it is convenient to find food. Our parent-child room is themed with Minions. Even the toiletries and decoration style in the bathroom, the big bed, etc. are all yellow themed, which is very cute. There is also a dry and wet separation in the bathroom, and toilet tools for children are also prepared, which is very considerate. There are also Minions stuffed dolls in the room, which makes the atmosphere full. Free parking is available for accommodation, the surrounding environment is quiet, the room is clean and comfortable, and the price of 300 yuan for May Day is really good.

The check-in experience was not good. The breakfast was good, the ingredients were rich and fresh, and I also tasted the yam juice, which looked like milk. Parking was OK, and the underground garage instructions were relatively clear. The hotel is new, and the facilities are all OK. But the check-in experience was not good. First, when I entered the room, I found that the door of my room was wide open, which scared me. The front desk explained that the room inspector forgot to close the door after checking. I have never encountered such a mistake. Second, the hotel is tall and grand, but the restaurant is not open, and you have to go out to find food by yourself. There is only a small shop selling rice noodles nearby. I rushed here from Leye that day, drove 240 kilometers and visited the Little Three Gorges. I was very tired, so I had to take Didi to a fish restaurant marked on the map at the hotel front desk. When I arrived, I found that the store was dark and still selling boxed lunches. I had to change to a store I just passed by. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk back to the hotel after dinner, which is not far. But it is inconvenient for travelers who are very tired on the day. Along the way, I saw that there are at least more restaurants near the Berman Hotel, and I regretted choosing the wrong hotel. The most annoying thing is the laundry room. The time limit is from 8 to 10 pm. I started drying clothes at 9, which took an hour and 40 minutes. I called the front desk to ask, but they said they would only close the door but not shut down the machine. I didn't expect that when I went to pick up my clothes at 9 the next day, the staff had already taken my clothes out of the dryer, so they were scattered on the ironing table. After I put them away, I returned to the room and found that a sock was missing. I went to the laundry room and found that the dryer was already working. Oh, okay, a sock was missing for no reason. I left the hotel in a bad mood and was too lazy to waste time negotiating! I suggest that the staff should not touch the guests' clothes. If they want to take them out, at least fold them and check them!

The location of the hotel is very good. It's right on the edge of the riverside pedestrian path. It's very convenient for walking, eating and having barbecues. The lobby is very well-designed. The shortcoming is that during the National Day, the two rooms booked because of the large number of people can't see the river. They can only see the river. When I saw the wall of the building next door, I immediately felt that it didn't smell good. I secretly went to the room next to the river and took a look. I found that I could see the river, but it was still quite different from what I expected. I hoped to experience seeing Jingde by the river but I was probably disappointed. After all, it was still a bit far away.

Parking is in the hotel's underground parking lot, the entrance is not at the hotel. The room is quite large and clean, with plenty of space for things. Suitable for friends who like to spread out. The laundry room has a washer-dryer, which is very convenient. There is a road next to the hotel, and there are delicious little shops. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat.

The hotel we stayed in during the March 3 holiday, the hotel facilities are a bit old. The room is a suite, it's big, with a big bed and a children's bed. The TV is small and there's nothing to watch. Parking is convenient but tight, and you can see the City Hall Square from the window. There are a few desserts for afternoon tea, and I like the auntie for supper, she cooked beef brisket noodles and it tasted good, and there were only a few options for breakfast. Overall, it's average and worthy of the price of more than 300. But the hotel management is terrible. The check-in time is 14:00, but we arrived at 16:00 and were told that we couldn't check in because the guests hadn't checked out. The boy-themed room we said we wanted to keep when we booked it was not available, so we were given a pink girl's room. Finally, we waited for an hour for the auntie to clean up, and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do if the guests didn't check out, and they were not apologetic at all, meaning that if you don't stay in the room they arranged, then you won't be able to stay.

The transportation is convenient, the room is nice, spacious and sanitary, the service is warm and thoughtful, and the breakfast is also good. This is the second time I stay here. I will stay here again when I come to Jinchengjiang next time.
