The day we checked in, we arrived late. Almost midnight but the staff at the counter was assisted us very well. This hotel didn't provide lift so we have to step all floors to reached our room at level 5. If you have a heavy luggage this might be troublesome. This hotel located in the Lee Garden area made it easy to go food and shopping. There are walking distance HALAL restaurant around the area. We have a pleasanr stay. Might book here again in future.

Room 2 U located in the heart of Hatyai which is close to many places such as kim Yong market and lee garden. It is great for those who enjoy food, shopping and massage. Plenty of massage shops nearby. Their family room is spacious and clean. They have very nice pillows for sleeping. Everything works well without any complaints.

Reasonable price for the prime location. Just next road to Lee Garden. Lots of massage and hawker food. But no 🛗 lift in the hotel. Very poor sound insulation 🙏

I would gladly stay at this hotel again, but I would avoid room 501. There's something unusual about that room—it feels like a family of non-human entities resides there. 👻👻👻

Location is good，hotel ground floor so warm because they provided tables and chairs, travellers can enjoy their dishes together at ground floor, or chill as well. But my room air conditioner was so bad, not cool at all, size of the room was perfect, enough space. Cleanliness need to be improve, my room have some ant. Overall, recommended. Oh ya, for those who drive car, car park is behind the main entrance. You may park your car there and there is a door for yours to enter the hotel lobby, no worries

This is the 2nd time I stay in this hotel. The location is perfect with just few doors away from Lee Garden. Parking provided, room is spacious and clean.

Friendly staff, check-in is available at 12 o'clock, and snacks and coffee are available in the lobby in the morning. The room is spacious, clean and well maintained, and the bathroom has strong water. The location is just a few minutes walk to the big shopping mall and night market, and there are many restaurants. The only downside is that it is located on a main street so it is a bit noisy.
