Very nice experience. Hotel reception provides kindly help for clothes washing, taxi booking, in room meal serves. The view of room is amazing.

The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was courteous and friendly.

The hotel has a nice view, the staff is friendly, and the car can be parked near the door. Whether you can see the hot air balloon depends on luck. We couldn't see it, but there is a place to see the hot air balloon within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast is rich.

The soundproofing of the room is not very good. The hotel is still under construction. The construction of the next room blew the lime all over the floor, which was very noisy. The construction was stopped at 6:45 in the evening after complaints. The hotel scenery and the service attitude of the staff are good. The room facilities are very average, and the price-performance ratio is average

It was a hotel we left very happy with. The employees are incredibly attentive and try to help. The hotel is clean, the location is nice. The breakfast was quite nice. We only had a problem with parking, other than that everything was great. It is definitely a hotel we will come to again. We thank you.

The location of the hotel is not that good. It's a bit far from the hot air balloon. The restaurant is not very good. The hotel room is very good. I started crying for a night and I hugged it out of the room, I just hugged it in and continued to cry. I ended up sitting in the living room for one night and taking a shower in the bathroom was hairy. The next day, I decided to change my room. This hotel is not beautiful. I didn’t take pictures on my phone.
