"We had an outstanding stay at Ekaanta from 13-15 Dec 2025. The hotel location is excellent, not too far from main Haridwar and at the same time, location is secluded and serene. The rooms with the Ganga view were just beautiful , the hotel decor and cleanliness are a class apart. The activities planned by the hotel are excellent right from the yog nidra sessions, the yoga at the ghat or the adventurous walk in the Rajaji National Park by the mighty Ganges, the Ayurvedic doctor consultation and the Ayurvedic massage therapy sessions - all these gave a deep insight into the balance of mental and physical states of self. The evening private Aarti followed by Bhajan Sandhya gave the goosebumps with its divinity. The hotel food, served with warmth, was Satvik and delicious. Special mention to Mr Pradeep Banerjee and his team for the excellent hospitality."

"It is located in crowded streets of Haridwar. Ground level and middle level staff is good. They are courteous and supportive. Restaurant manager preferred to give excuses. Restaurant arranged and provided food to my grandson free of cost. But I have to give requirements in writing on paper. Rooms are clean, better to take rooms with Riverview. Good place to take a Holy bath and do Ganga Darshan and Pooja. I did not find it good leisure place for long stay. Not value for money. This being taken for Taj property."

"The property is fantastic and the location is good too. Rooms are big, clean, modern and have all the amenities. Food is fresh and tasty. The only let down was the staff. They didn’t seem to be motivated at all. Either they are underpaid or have not been trained properly. I would want to hereby want the owner’s attention to this. Myself being a senior management person in a major company, I can vouch for the fact that your staff (literally everyone) needs urgent motivation and training. They are the only reason I won’t repeat this hotel again."

"The hotel is located near the temple road, the only way to go inside is either through walk or paddle rickshaw. The rooms are not upto the mark, towels and bedsheets were not upto mark, hot water was not coming properly. Management and staff are good and cooperative. The food was good."
