Overall the hotel is good in this price range. The rooftop restaurant is excellent with tasty food and vibe at night. We stayed in 2 rooms wherein 1 room was having a bad smell. The morning buffet is average and thus can be skipped. From the hotel it takes roughly around 15-20 mins to reach to the Har ki Pauri

Just one word.. Great stay

The room was not upto the mark. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. The room didn’t have enuf plug points. The water supply went off for 6 hours. Also the manager made extra money on cab charges for sight seeing and airport drop we found rishikesh a better place to stay and has good spiritual touch than haridwar.

We had stayed there 3 days, very good behaviour nice and clean room, room size very good for three people location is also very good

Good location, good food, average service although which can be improved, cooperative staff but need more professionalism. Not great but still rate it as a good experience. Stayed with family

Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.
