Must visit place when you go to Harbin.. I really love the vibe here.. When we arrived classical Russian music was playing immediately put us to a serene mood. Comfortable room stay here. We booked 2 rooms 5 people. Breakfast & foods also delicious here. You can watch Russian show on the theather for RMB80 for around 45 minutes.

Although it is a little out of the way from Harbin, it is well worth the detour as the activities on the lake are cheaper and less crowded than on the Songhua River. The staff was lovely and provided pick up and drop off within the park and to our DiDi pick up point.

Location : The hotel is located inside the volga manor, they have shuttle car from hotel to entrance. Very convinient. Hotel & room : Big, spacious room, warm and clean. Amenities was quite complete, beautifully decorated especially in winter. Its a hotel you could dream of in the winter season. Its magical and magnificent ! The scenery inside volga manor is impeccable ! The room is spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast : They serve various of breakfast, eastern and western, and quite delicious too. Service : Excellent service, if they can speak english, it will even better. Overall : I would like to visit here again sometimes in the winter. Very recommended ! Thank you to manager and all staff to show us kind hospitality during our stay. See you next time.

we have 3 free entry ticket because we book a room, at the entrance there is a shuttle service to and from hotel, you can also leave your luggage while playing around the park, the snow this year is not good unlike last year, they are still making attractions and not yet finish, for the breakfast its limited, I am expecting a lot since it was top hotel,

Decor a bit “old fashioned”, but room is spacious, not bad breakfast, great location in the Volga Manor, great view from the window in the morning. A newly opened bar is just in the house next to the hotel, so don’t worry abt what to do for the long night in window

We have enough rest by spending the night in the hotel.. the kids enjoy Volga Manor ice slides, tubing and other entertainment. At night can walk around near hotel. They don’t provide halal option but kind enough to give us white rice.. thank you for your service!

The place to stay overnight at Volga Manor. Note that taxi cannot come in they can only pickup/drop off at park gate. Room and breakfast is adequate though a bit expensive.

Fantastic hotel. Clean rooms. Although this is a popular tourist attraction, they had no Western breakfast options. Overall great experience

There are many things to do in the manor, which is very suitable for children. It is not crowded during the peak season. The family suite is large and clean. The price of the restaurant in the manor is not high. This is the best place for this trip to Harbin

The room is comfortable and the heating is sufficient. The environment in the manor is beautiful and the amusement facilities are fun. I will come again next time.

Arriving at Volga Manor, it was like walking into a fairy tale world. Russian folk songs echoed throughout the park, as if walking into Russia again. The service of Birch Island Hotel is first-class. There is a car to pick up guests at the entrance of the scenic area. The front desk of the hotel is as friendly as spring breeze. All services are very considerate. Free admission tickets are provided when checking in, and parking coupons are also provided. The hotel rooms are clean and the environment is beautiful. The birch forest on the Birch Island in front is very photogenic. After checking out, there is a car to take guests to the entrance of the scenic spot. It's really great, it's worth recommending to stay.
