This hotel should be rared a 2 star aa a bed and breakfast. There was also no notice of a weekend flea market right in front of the hotel. Rooms were so small and unclean

The hotel has charged me twice for the city tax. I've paid in cash the city tax at the time of check-in. At the time of the check-out, a receptionist say they have no record of the city tax payment being in the system. It seems like a fraud. The rooms are ancient and in bad condition. No safe in the room to store valuables.

I won't be able to tell you what happened with the city tax but we almost never have problems with things not being directly transfered in the reservations. The hotel opened in december of 2018 and all the rooms have minimalistic modern decoration and we don't understnd how anything can be considered ancient in our hotel. Yes, there is no safe in the room but you already know that before booking with us as you can find all equipment of our rooms in several websites all over the internet.Regards,Campanile Clichy team

Very helpful and friendly staff, wonderful and very soundproof rooms, comfortable bed. However, there are no power outlets (there are 4 in the whole room) and a ventilation system in the bathroom

I checked into your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. The hotel was very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean but without a refrigerator. The location is perfect and quiet, the connection to public transport is very good and you can reach the most popular tourist destinations in under 30 minutes. All in all very nice hotel.
