Lost 2 night's money worth and didnt even stay a night! We booked the hotel with 1 night extra since we're coming in early and hoping we could get a room for a quick rest. Upon arrival at the hotel, the room given to us was nothing like the pictures shown on the Internet. Pretty much run-down, mold smell and glass panels with trash all over the hall from the elevator. We could not stay any minute in the room and had to move out, booking another hotel to stay. Talked to the hotel for some refund/support and my requests were in vain. This is max 2-star standard. 4-star is very much misleading. Book elsewhere and steer clear of this Jacosmo hotel.

Good location but it seems a bit old comparing with the photo, a bit noisy but it doesn’t matter. Quite disappointed but I think most of the hotel in Hanoi have the same problem

The hotel personal was very attentive and helpful in every step firstly thanks a lot to them. However the rooms have a smell of mold and they got a little oldish. We have stayed in first two nights in suit room at the top floor but we couldn’t stand anymore the smell of mold and got allergic so that we asked to change the room. The new room was much better but still with a little smell. The location is just perfect and breakfast was very good as well.

The hotel is located very center of the old town. It’s walkable to all the attractions. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and helpful and the you can even order the breakfast of your choice.

This hotel is reccomendable. For 3 days I stayed, all employees did their best to make me comfortable in their hotel. It was really impresive. Eventhough its amenities was not that excellent, i fully felt happy staying their. (Breakfast was good!!)

OK Hotel

I have been to Vietnam dozens of times in the past 7 years, but there has never been anything as absurd as this hotel. A foreigner, not even a Korean, went there on the day of arrival and said that the hotel room had an electrical problem and that the room could not be used, and that they would refund my money or find me a new hotel. Since there were many tourists at the time of my visit, I decided to stay at the hotel they recommended rather than the inconvenience of a refund, and I went to the hotel they recommended, but it was a terrible hotel that I cannot describe in words. Still, since it was my first day in Hanoi, I was tired, so I endured it and slept for a day, but what the heck, the hotel room I stayed at was listed on Agoda for much cheaper than the price I had booked, and even though I had included meals, the hotel they recommended did not have a restaurant. The next day, I went back to the hotel I had originally booked and raised the issue, and they refunded me part of my money, to be exact, less than the amount I should have been refunded, and I had meals at the hotel I had originally booked, and I only stayed for one night. I still get angry when I think about the unscrupulous behavior of the hotel, which is at the forefront of the tourism industry where service is the most important.

High cost performance, friendly front desk service, suitable breakfast, even with my favorite passion fruit.

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was different every day. I would like to use this hotel again when I come to Hanoi.

After checking out, luggage storage and taxi arrangements were smooth and friendly. The hotel staff were so friendly that I even left them a tip.

A real scam, the facilities are shabby and the sanitation is poor. Apart from the good location, there is nothing else good about it. Don't believe that there are cheap and good hotels in the downtown area. I have experienced two or three scams. It is wise to spend more money to stay in a better place.

The location is correct, the only positive point in my point of view. When we arrived the receptionist had not yet checked in and was trying to sell us excursions. Subsequently, the room did not correspond to the one reserved (much smaller) and the receptionist offered us another room for an additional 50 dollars because the room we had reserved was not available. After contacting trip.com customer service (very responsive service 🙏), the situation changed for the first night with an upgrade. But the cleanliness left something to be desired, for example dirty bath towels. The icing on the cake the next morning, no more water.... in short, worst start to my stay in my life. Thanks to trip.com, we were able to cancel our stay. Hotel to avoid if you want to enjoy Hanoi with complete peace of mind. P.s.: do not leave your number with the receptionist because even after the cancellation he continues to harass us to sell us excursions.

Although the price was low, breakfast was provided and amenities such as toothbrushes were provided. There was a bug in the bathtub, but when I told them about it, they cleaned it up.

When I booked a hotel, I saw that there was an outdoor swimming pool. Did you actually go there?
