The first impression of the hotel was not very good, because the attitude of the reception was so unpleasant and rude. However, most of the hotel confirmed my choice. The condition of the room - clean and well-organized. The auxiliary facilities were old but okay. The breakfast was also prepared only with a menu to choose from, which was good. And the staff were well-trained. The check-out completely reversed my image of this hotel. The staff member, Ms. Anh Vu, was in charge and was perfect. I was able to check out with a very happy heart. I hope this staff member's customer service method will be maintained for a long time. And I hope to meet this staff member again the next time I stay at this hotel.

Highly recommended, the apartment is very well set up, the room is very clean, the breakfast is clean and rich! Especially the washing machine with drying function is so convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we want, the staff is friendly and professional. I would recommend staying here when visiting Hanoi!

Breakfast was simple and good. I was satisfied with the room condition, cleanliness, and service. The swimming pool was good, and although the building next door is currently under construction, it was well soundproofed. The location was also good. Good and nice apartment. Staff was very friendly and greet you everything we passed buy. There is a supermarket on the ground floor of the apartment.
