Very spacious and good value for money. The pool and gym are good too

The hotel has seen better days, sure it has been nicer in its days. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was enough, fruit, yogurt and a choice of 9 different set dishes. There are enough restaurants around, in every price class. We walked once to the "old quarter" and train street, doable but about 5km. Grab was around 140.000vnd to the Old Quarter.

Satisfactory all round. I would stay again. The swimming pool is a little bit short :(

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for five days, and our experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. What really stood out to us was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly the receptionist. She provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, helped us book tours, and was always available to answer any questions we had. Her friendly and professional demeanor made us feel truly welcome and added a personal touch to our stay. I will always go back there anytime am in Hanoi.

More of a studio apartment than a hotel room. Despite having a kitchen I wasn’t allowed food in the room which was very inconvenient as I was ill during my stay. I was informed that breakfast was included however after taking breakfast on the last day I was asked to pay for it. In the end the cost was waived due to the misinformation

The room is very big and beautiful, with a large balcony, sofa, and very comfortable bed. It is very quiet. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too bad.

Nice location, room with window view, curtains, peaceful and quiet, good staff attitude however!!! Open the kitchen cabinet and wardrobe door, there is a very bad smell, the room smells damp, the equipment is old but the room is spacious and oh my god!!! Why is there no toilet sprayer! There is a faucet but no water comes out, alarm, weak water pressure, noisy air conditioner, wifi is like non-existent, can't even send messages.
