The service is amazing, the reception staff (everyone) are extremely friendly and helpful. They cannot be any better. I would recommend at least a bonus to them, or even better, a pay rise. But, the hygiene of the room has deteriorated. Cockroaches and ants are found in the rooms on 9th floor. And the drainage on the higher floors are bad, you can smell the pipes when you uses the sink in the kitchen area. The night staff were extremely nice helping me clean the ants and cockroaches, I appreciate that. But pest issue will not be one off. The management should seriously do something about it.

Very clean and quiet location. Great value for the money. Lots of space and privacy with easy check-in and out. Location is a bit tucked away but not bad for what you get. Definitely one of my go to choices each time in Hanoi.

Amazing place!! Modern building with great amentities. The swimming pool was perfect, just as the gym. I can only recommend it.

Appreciate the heated pool and the loft unit was so adequate. Every whim and fancy is fulfilled. Really no complains.

The place of the hotel is a bit far from the Hoan Kiem. However, the room and the staff were nice. Very clean and kindly. And, It’s a good place to go to the airport. So if it’s ok for you to stay near the west lake and you would like to stay near the airport. This is a highly recommended.
