This was our second stay with Royal Plaza Hotel. Everything about this hotel is superb especially it is linked to Moko Mall and it has great view. But it would be perfect if the toilet has bidet. I think it is really a need to have it. Maybe the hotel management can help look into it.

clean n comfortable but got sound I think nearest had construction. if you are light sleeper maybe need consider. near mongkok east inside moko mall. walk around 10min reach mongkok n ε€ͺ子 station.

Very convenient location, the hotel connecting to department store and MTR but this MTR line a bit far from tourist attractions.

This hotel is good with great services and location. The workers were so nice. As I was celebrating my partner's birthday, we were upgraded to a more beautiful room.

Stayed here for a few nights. Room is relatively clean and hotel is located near the Mongkok area, walking distance to MTR. Seevice is generally friendly with godo amenities. Overall a pleasant stay

This hotel is gotta be one of the best hotel in HK, literally close to city centre of mongkok. Hotel services is top tier πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌ everyday house keeping is awesome. Everything is cleaned thoroughlyπŸ₯ΉπŸ₯ΉπŸ‘πŸ» all thanks to the cleaners that keep our room cleaned at all times. They even have drinking water dispenser provided in the room, save us all a hussle to keep buying drinking water. Hotel lobby staffs were patient and friendly, easy to go anywhere, be it by car or mtr. Hotel is connected a MOKO mall, easy access and also to Mong Kok East station. Definitely reco for HK stay πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

I had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, which made a great first impression. The room was spotless and well-maintained, showing the high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. What stood out most was the staff β€” they were warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. For family with young children, this hotel location is strategic and convenient. It’s easy to get around via taxi or uber and the bonus is having a MTR right beside the hotel - no worry for traffic! The room is huge, clean and comes with a bathtub that the kids enjoyed! We had our room clean daily so we have fresh towels and tidied room each day. Communication was a breeze, the receptionist can converse in English and Mandarin, were exceptionally helpful and helpful ensured we had a pleasant stay.

Location was excellent as it is directly above MTR and Moko mall! The TV doesn't have youtube though.

Very convenient location, which is right next to a big shopping mall and metro service. The hotel is overall good standard and the room is decent size for HongKong. The reception staff is less flexible with early check-in. The room is clean, whilst some of the room interior, facilities or amenities may need upgrade, e.g., the safe in our double room is not working, the out-layer of the shelf in the room is peeling off.

Room was big and clean, good location as it’s above MOKO shopping mall and super near to Mongkok East MTR. There was drinking water tap in the toilet which was very convenient, hot water to shower but there were no bidet. Only able to check in after 3pm and it took awhile to queue for check in during weekend. However, they do allow you to drop your luggage there! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at the hotel again!

Nice hotel. 2nd time staying at this hotel. The room is spacious, with 2 queen beds. Children like the hotel swimming pool.
