The hotel is situated 15 minutes taxi ride from the Beppu station. So we have nowhere to go that night. But it's good enough to have hotspring and drinks in the hotel. The staff is very polite and can explain what you can do in English. Then you were lead to the room and tips rejected. We booked the Kaiseki dinner and breakfast. The dinner time is either 6pm or 6:30pm and the breakfast time 8am or 8:30. The dinner is good but maybe my expectation is quite high, it didn't reach my expectation, especially for the sashimi. For the onsen, there are 4 private onsens and 2 public. One of the private onsens is closed. Therefore we can use 3. You can use the private onsen when it is not occupied. Just lock the door and turn the plate to the other side. But all the onsen are closed by 12 midnight. And there is a room with free flow beer and soda, but it closes at 10pm. Don't drink beer before taking hotspring. There is also an onsen in our room which can be used anytime. It's hot at night but not so hot in the next morning. Overall, the view is good. The staff is good. The food is good (just not so great) and the onsens are good. Beppu is a good place to stay a few days more

There is a free snacks & drinks bar for guest, thats is very thoughtful. The hotel is good for taking photos.

It was a very nice trip. The staff were very good with good service. And the food quantity was big, donno why some comment said they were not full. 😝 I have a very good memory there. Just one thing if there are more individual hot spring room will be perfect ^^ Definitely will go again

The environment is good in the mountains, and the taxi to Beppu Station is only 1450 yen. The service is very good, the breakfast and dinner ingredients are good and delicious, and the hotel hot spring is also good

The room is quite big, except that the pillow is a bit hard😂 It costs 1350 yen to take a taxi from Beppu. Someone will pick you up as soon as you get off the car. The staff is very enthusiastic. The hotel has a new building, Tsukijisang, and an old building, Qiujisang. The one I stayed in was the old building. When I went there, the staff carried my luggage up. When I checked out, the staff also carried the last staircase down. They were so polite that I felt embarrassed! Every dish for dinner will be introduced. The wagyu beef is very delicious, but the breakfast is not very appetizing😁! For soup, there are four private soups and two public baths, separated by men and women! If you don't want to live near the JR station, you can consider staying here!

The hotel is managed in Japanese style, the service is very good, the staff are very enthusiastic and the arrangements are very considerate. The pick-up and drop-off are very good, making people feel at home. There are many hot springs in the hotel, all of which are very distinctive and comfortable. The ingredients used for breakfast, dinner and dinner are exquisitely made and very delicious. The service staff has waiters who can speak Chinese, which I like very much. Even the Japanese service staff who can't speak Chinese use mobile phone translation to introduce the dishes, which is very touching. The hotel also provides various yukatas for use, which is a great experience.

Because there are not many people, it feels very quiet to live in. There are four private hot springs for bathing, so it is not crowded. If you stay for two consecutive nights, the hotel's meals will change on the second day. It is very cost-effective and recommended.

The room is nice and spacious, the free bar is great, the hot spring is small, and the food is so-so with no surprises.

We two self-framed tour, the place is easy to find, the environment he was built by a doctor, full of privacy. The only thing is to walk the stairs, if there are elderly people accompanying may not be the most convenient, but we two adults have no problem. Although the room does not have a bathroom, it has four wind linings that guests can enter and take a bath on their own.

The location is in the middle of the hill, which is more convenient by car. As soon as the car arrived at the hotel, the staff had workers out to assist with moving luggage upstairs and into the room. Booked two rooms, the triple room has two bedrooms, one with a western bed and one with a tatami. The double room has two queen beds, a spacious living room, and a distant view of the sea outside the window. There is no toilet or bathroom in the room, as the adjacent room is a family hot spring, so it can be used when no one is using it. The hotel also has a large public pool and three pools (family, men and women), which guests can quickly take their turn. Japanese dining is also good, preferably the lounge with free beer, drinks and snacks.

The hotel has only 8 rooms, which is very private and suitable for couples to date.

The staff are friendly and the facilities are very nice. The road up is difficult, but worth the walk.

The service attitude is super good and the environment is also good. It is worth recommending...!
