Night city view from the room is nice. Strategic location, very near to Ikebukuro station and surrounded by a few shopping malls like Tobu, Seibu, Lumine. Airport limousine bus just right in front of the hotel. Very convenient and direct to airport terminal.

Not the first time stay in this hotel. Spacious room with perfect view. Nice breakfast buffet and self take away coffee service! Will stay again next trip to Tokyo!

Good as before; the laundry room which has been moved upstairs is even better now; excellent service and location ; must stay here again when coming to Tokyo again

Very kind staff! Speak EN very well too. The hotel is what you expect from a well kept albeit a bit dated building, but overall very good value. For other solo female traveler - kind reminder that this is in proximity with red light district/love hotel, but honestly it's no bother.

Superb locations. Good service. Breakfast was way below average. Lots of shopping malls & many eateries across the road. Limousine buses from both airports, very convenient. Ll definitely stay again if back.

The hotel location is very good and the staff are very friendly both front desk and the restaurant. The room I book was superior double bed room at 14F, view was so so but the hard facilities and the shower room is good to use. Breakfast selection are enough but everyday provide the same thing no any difference, let me felt board and disappointed.

Good location n bus can stop at this hotel Quite big room in terms of Jap standard But the breakfast is fair n there is no change gor my 4 days here

A very convenient hotel with good service and adequate amenities. It’s close to the station, shopping centres, restaurants. It is a little aged and the rooms range from small to mid size (17m2 to 23m2) unless you have the suite or Executive King room. Even the Executive Queen room isn’t very big at 22m2-23m2. But overall it’s a good hotel which I have come back to. The Airport Limousine Bus Stop is at the hotel which I really appreciate.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Staff members were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet has many food choices.

Great location. Very near to Ikebukuro station. Laundry service is excellent , and one can view washing machine availability through TV. Great breakfast selection.

Very convenient hotel with large rooms. Walking distance to lumine mall, train station, and airport bus stops right in front of the hotel. There are many eateries and shops In the vicinity, including well stocked supermarket /grocery store
