This was a lovely hotel in the heart of the Old quarter, but still very quiet. The facilities were well maintained. Rooms were spacious, clean and fully equipped. the restaurant had a good variety of options and the breakfast had something for everyone; very complete. The spa was easy to book and great service. All the staff were extremely accommodating. I would easily stay here again.

Really lovely hotel and staff were also very helpful and lovely. Breakfast was decent. Pool only had 4 beds so be aware and also no air con remote in room had to contact reception in order to have this changed! Otherwise really lovely stay

Very comfortable with many attractions close by. My stay was too short really but the staff were very helpful. Gave me a map with the nearby attractions and offered to help book day tours to Halong Bay. Delicious coffee and food as soon as you step out of the hotel.

Hello to my dear Harley, she is the most patient and well trained employee... I will definitely come to Hanoi because of her. ❤️❤️❤️ I hope manger can recognise her efforts! Fantastic hotel with excellent, friendly and helpful staff. They have 2 hotel located in the old quarter area... We had the central area it's perfect for couple who don't like parties and quiet surrounding. The pool is under renovated but you can use the other pool from the premium hotel.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, with special mention to Sal, who not only arranged tours for us but also promptly responded to all our queries about getting back to the airport, even after we had checked out. The room was spacious, and the king-size bed made for a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, and the hotel's location is perfect, providing easy access to popular sightseeing spots, food streets, and night markets.

Booked for a one night’s stay as a solo traveller before catching a flight the next morning. The staff were friendly and warm. Good central location - which should be useful if in Hanoi for a few nights. Would consider booking this hotel again if I return.

Rooms are a bit compact, but that is expected in the Old Quarter. Bed was very comfortable and the room was fine for a short business stay. There is a desk that is ok for short periods of work. The shower leaks water over the bathroom floor and around the toilet. That is probably more the fault of some ***** interior designer hired to do the refurbishment, than it is of the hotel. There is no seal at one end of the shower wall and there is no door on the shower. All very "modern" but idiotically ineffective. Ask for an extra towel to mop up water after a shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than average for an Asian hotel, but really just adequate on an international scale. The hotel is very conveniently located but getting a taxi or Grab to the hotel requires a fair bit of twisting around the Old Quarter. The streets to the hotel are blocked during the night market on weekends.

Great n convenient location in the center of old quarters. Friendly n helpful staff. Room is clean n neat, aircon is good. Bit noisy at night due to the busy crowded street but after 10pm is fine.

I recently stayed at HÔTEL De SOURIANT Central Hanoi for four nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staffs went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, especially staff Kathy is so sweet and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and the hotel location is another huge plus, as it’s right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of great restaurants, shops, and night markets. Despite being so central, the rooms were quiet, allowing me to relax completely. I also loved the on-site dining options, especially the breakfast buffet. There were plenty of choices, from fresh fruit to made-to-order omelets, and everything was delicious. I would highly recommend to stay here when you plan to have a trip in Hanoi.

Very good stay indeed. Room is clean and staff super friendly and helpful. They speak good English and remember us as well as our special request at breakfast. Several times they helped me book taxi by grab and my transfer to halong bay. Breakfast is healthy and full of options. Nice aircon and good shower. Location is at the heart of old quarter. Easy walking to sword lake and night market. I also witnessed their change of hotel name 😅

The receptionists are helpful, informative and nice. The breakfast is amazing and yummy, the staff are responsive on requests . However, the facilities are rather inadequate, e.g., gym room, free drinks and snacks.

Very friendly staffs that always there to provide support. Though the room type wasn’t alike the picture that I had seen from the web prior reservation, the room space and the king size bed did offer a comfortable space for resting. Great location and easy access to most sightseeing spots, food streets, night markets etc.
