I came to the hotel but they said they are not available and they can not cancle booking, the hotel said: only Trip can cancle the booking, they can not cancle. Very bad

Hotel was very clean, very nice room and friendly staff. However the location is not great and the included breakfast was very lazy.

Thanks to this hotel my husband and I had a luxurious vacation😌 clean and cozy room, smells nice, everything you need for a quality vacation is there. I want to go back there again. Thank you!🥰❤️

Nice and clean hotel. The only downside was that they had beef soup for breakfast, when they should have Western options, since eating soup in the morning isn't normal for me. The other downside was that the shower doesn't have a screen or curtain, so even the toilet gets wet, but other than that, it's nice.

The toilet has a peculiar smell and is prone to water blockage. The cleaning bell was pressed but it was not cleaned. The sound insulation is poor. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The other facilities in the room are pretty good.
