This hotel is well located in Hanoi with many food options and cafes around. The hotel is more of a studio apartment setting and therefore comfortable to use if you want privacy during your stay

I enjoyed my trip there. The uncle was very helpful.

Pros: spacious room, desk for work, good wi-fi, kettle and microwave, dishes, balcony with nice view, far from noisy roads. Very nice hosts. Cons: far from the center and tourist places. There are cafes around, but no variety, mostly only Asian cuisine. Also, there are no normal supermarkets nearby. All cafes and restaurants in this area close at 10 pm, which is not very convenient. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about half an hour by bus. Also, the room was damp and cold, the air conditioner did not work well to warm the room. The bed also seemed damp.
