1. Location - very good location with walking distance to West Lake. Not an issue to other place as Didi is relatively cheap 2. Service - during check-in, the staff never inform us what is the room number, which floor and what time checkout. We have to voluntarily ask the staff for the information. 3. The room - booked room with window. However the disappointment here is too great. The window opens up to a fake space with fake decoration. Also, it is directly facing to another room opposite as well. You are better off booking the room without window. The room itself also gets relatively hot during midnight despite heater not on and it's on winter season. It gets so hot and stuffy that we both hardly get any sleep. Eventhou they provided us a standing fan, the fan was old and super noisy that you cant sleep as well.

Everything u need in a hotel. Very close to wulin night market and street food. Walking distance to west lake.

A good hotel, and not very expensive compared to other hotels nearby. The one thing that I didn't like was that the window could not close all the way. This means that cold air and noise could come in. In the summer, I think it would be worse, though, since it looks over the trash area from many late-night restaurants. Because it was cold when I was there, it was no problem, but in the summer it probably smells really bad.

I have stayed at that hotel about 20 times. Good location and good service

Location is super strategic. Next to Wulin night market, lots of food and very short walking distance to West lake shao nian gong entrance. Laundry room facilities (washer and Dryer) is perfect, detergent and laundry bag is FOC. However air-conditioning in room pick up very slow.

great location in vibrant area. looks a little old with only one lift in the building but it was ok since it wasn't very crowded. service and staff attitude very good. room was big for the price, great system for food deliveries. only downside was that it wasn't mentioned on the site whether there were windows - photos show that the room seemed to have a window, however we realised it was a fake window when we were staying there.

Was good the hotel room was quite big and comfortable and breakfast was not that bad. I enjoyed it until i saw the cockroach on my desk while having breakfast 🥲. About location and customer service they were all good.

It is near to alot of eating and massage places. Can try the restaurant next to the hotel. Walking distance to train station but not very near. Room is not very small.
