The room is new and big, and the breakfast is quite rich. The location is very good! There is a subway station next to it. It is very convenient to go to Xixi Wetland by crossing a road!
Xiao Yao and other staff members are very considerate. I felt it was a little noisy on the first night, and they actively helped to coordinate the room change. Everything else is very good, the only thing is that the door opening and closing sound is a bit loud. It stands to reason that the sound insulation should be better if the door is so heavy. It is recommended to optimize it.
There are not many places to eat nearby. There is a Northeast barbecue downstairs. I passed by it at night and found that the business is quite good~ For my need to eat alone, the front desk recommended taking the subway to Hongyuan. There are many restaurants suitable for one person in Impression City, which meets my needs very well!

The room is new and clean. The price is not expensive in Hangzhou during the Spring Festival holiday. It is not far from the north gate of Xixi Wetland. GGuest UserOur party of 3 adults spent 3 nights at the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort in early 12/2024. We came to Fuchun to see the scenaries that had inspired the famous 富春山居圖 painting. We booked 2 basic rooms (Linyin Garden View), but received free upgrades (Guizhou Lake View) at check in. I must admit our initial feelings as we arrived was one of creeping doubt, because the Fuyang city streets we had driven through (we drove in from the Hangzhou Xihu area) were very industrial, just giant factories one after another and the immediate area outside the property was just a bunch of small suburban farm homes and shops. Furthermore, as our car pulled up to the front lobby entrance, no one greeted us. Not a soul was in sight. Our driver had to poke his head inside and announce guests are here and service is needed. From there on, however, things only got better and better. So, yes, this was a quiet property. There wasn’t a lot of staff standing about. But, there was enough personnel to provide all the basic services expected. And I found they were very friendly, quick to respond, and efficient. During our 3.5 days here, we explored and enjoyed this beautiful hotel inside and out. The hotel itself (the main building) was simply grand. Its design and decor was a perfect balance of East Meets West, modernized traditional, understated elegance. The layout was a bit of a labyrinth. There were wings, corridors, and stairs you can go down to find restaurants, spa/gym/pool, conference rooms, sitting nooks, a small boat dock, and even an impressive collection of embroidery art on display. Our rooms were large and airy, spotless, the ceiling was high, and the windows opened onto the lake. The bathroom was spacious with a double sink and lots of counter space. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, definitely in line with 5 star international standards. Outside, there was a man-made lake with 2 groups of swans (or were they white geese?). They crisscrossed the lake during the day and slept below our windows at night. There was also a little children’s playground (with a pair of ducks) and what looked like a small amphitheater. Several short paths allowed us to walk the sizable grounds. Early one morning, we followed one across a little brook to the edge of the tea terrace. Another morning, we strolled down a road flanked by bamboo that led to the beautiful villas that stood apart from the main hotel. Everywhere, the atmosphere was tranquil and the views spectacular. We ate most of our meals at the hotel since we were unfamiliar with the area and didn’t really want to go out looking (this was the end of a 2 week trip). We tried both of the restaurants on-site (the Chinese and the Western/Fusion) and thought they were fine overall, since food/ingredients were fresh and of good quality. Taste and craft were okay, not great but acceptable. In truth, we were probably not too demanding at this point, as we had already gorged out during our previous stay in the HZ/Xihu area. In summary, our family really liked the Fuchun Mountain Golf Resort. We were very comfortable during our short stay. We really appreciated the quiet calmness of the place as well as the warm service provided by the entire staff. We would love to return. It was an easy car ride from the HZ city area, and it was easy to hire cars to nearby and more distant attractions. Lastly, for those interested in the 富春山居圖, there is a replica of the painting (both parts and to scale) displayed downstairs in the spa :)

GGuest UserThe purpose of this trip is very clear. Come to the West Lake to relax. Choose one of the three state guesthouses by the West Lake. You can solve breakfast and dinner. Which one has the best value for money? Choose it. Originally, I wanted to book the one in Liuying. Compared with the other two, it is more cost-effective. Then Xiyou launched the 999 package, which must be a higher package. Well, the hotel will call the day before check-in to ask when to check in and what are the requirements. If you drive by yourself, they will help you to report the vehicle because the scenic area is restricted. Then I need a quieter room, so I arranged it on the third floor of Building 6, which is said to be the highest floor. When I arrived at Building 6, a welcoming girl led me to the room, and the service was pretty good. Then you can also order fruit in the room, which is free. I was worried that the state guesthouse would be a bit old, but it was actually quite good. It should have been renovated and had everything it should have. The room looks out to the garden, which is not bad. The hotel buffet for dinner, the package is only for one person, and it costs 168 yuan to buy another one. There are not many types of buffets, but the taste is okay. The West Lake scenic area is too congested, and it is really troublesome to go out for dinner. I ordered a takeaway in the afternoon, but there was no rider to take the order. I almost starved to death. I was very happy to be able to solve dinner in the hotel. After dinner, I went for a walk by the West Lake. The hotel is located near the Broken Bridge and the Residual Snow, and I walked down the Baidi Bridge. The hotel breakfast tasted OK. Then the hotel gave me a travel photo. The girl took good photos. The level was the best among the several travel photos I took. In the end, I bought a total of 18 photos. In addition, there is a May Fourth Constitution History Exhibition Hall in the hotel. I visited it by the way. It was very meaningful. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

The two bedside table lights can’t be individually controlled. When one is switched on, the other switch on as well. It’s inconvenient when one wishes to sleep and the other wishes to read.
The window (on the window panel) can’t be closed. The traffic noise can be heard constantly.
The room is warm. So in order to sleep, the heater must be switched off. Then the cold seeps into the room and it becomes too cold.
The highest few floors (of the hotel) are commercial offices. Hotel guests not only have to share the lift with them, but also we the hotel staff. I suspect that there aren’t any cargo or staff elevators. This is extremely inconvenient when you wish to use the elevators during office peak hours.
Breakfast is on the 15th floor. The food is average but soy milk is nice.
The toilet bowl is heated and auto-flush. Nice. There’s also a user-friendly control panel which works well.
The shower cubicle has two floor traps. So the water flow is fast. Very good.

BBenjamin TWQBooked the lakeview hotel and able to see sunrise at villa 3. The staffs were all very nice and helpful. Beautiful rooms with a modern traditional vibe. The lunch although pricey at 256 yuan (50 yuan discount for guests) was glorious. Didnt have enough time to try everything cuz was too good. Opens only for 2 hrs so do go early! Free photoshoot with costumes. Only 5 pictures free, should take some selfies while u have time. The hotel is like a resort, u have to call bugee to get around. Do plan your trips beforehand as it can get inconvenient if planning to travel in and out often within a day. Otherwise enjoy it like a resort and walk around the place! Its huge!

IIntrepid Traveller8Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand.
I would say some things for improvement are as follows:
Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here.
Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left!
Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated.
The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better).
The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on
携程 （Ctrip） or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better.
The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels.

GGuest UserI took my kids to Hangzhou on the weekend. I saw a route online and wanted to go to Majiawu-Observation Deck-Beigaofeng-Lingyin. This hotel is very close to Majiawu and you can walk there quickly. The service is good, but the room feels average. The most speechless thing is that the dry and wet basins are independent, and the toilet and bathroom are independent. In the bathroom, there is no place to put clothes except for the shower. The clothes rack is above the toilet. There is no curtain in the shower, only some frosted stickers, which is not enough privacy. There is no clothes rack in the shower room, which is also unreasonable. It is equivalent to taking off clothes outside to take a shower. I don't know if it is just like this for my room type. The price is not low, and I recommend other fast chains.

SshinMy family enjoyed our stay in Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale Hangzhou. The rooms were clean. The staff including receptionists and cleaners were courteous and helpful. We also paid for the hotel buffet which has a wide selection on food. The hotel is also next to the Wulin night market. It is also within walking distance to the West Lake which is a popular tourist attraction. Highly recommended.

SStanley The Travel ManThe check in process was quite smooth. No one was in line. I arrived early and the receptionist let me have the room. Sometimes the receptionist will give us information like coffee and tea are free of charge. If you need more , we can provide it. In this case. She just handed me the key card. I wouldn’t say she was all that welcoming. She was just doing her job .
I am thankful that I have free coffee and tea. Each day new ones were provided. I was there for 4 days.
The location is the best and only minutes from West Lake as well as a lively nearby shopping street to the south and a street fall of street food to the north. There is a bus stop outside that takes you around the lake . The metro station is only 10 minutes walk . It is deceiving though even though the entrance C6 is nearby less than 10 minutes away . After you entered it, you still need to walk another 8 to 10 minutes more underground. I stayed on 7 floor I think and the view was great. The building is not enough so it is not worth paying extra for lake view because you only see a sliver of the lake .
The daily cleaning is adequate. Towels were replaced, garbages disposed daily.
The room is quite big with space to place my carry on luggage. It has a desk to eat. There are enough electrical sockets to charge my devices. There is a small coffee table and a sofa which I love.
There are several things that I don’t like. One : the room is bit dark. There is no ceiling lights . The lightbulbs are not bright enough. Two : No microwaves in the building. Three : No laundry room. Four : The room door slams shut. In the morning, one can hear a lot of slamming of the door. The people didn’t slam it shut. The only way the door can be closed is to slam it so it created a lot of noise.Five : anyone can enter the building and to my floor. You don’t need a key card to reach your floor. Six. The use of single use shampoo, bathing gel. This is not environmentally friendly. If they have a large liquid bath gel and shampoo, it would be much better.
The air conditioner has no digital temperature reading. It shares the same ventilation with the other rooms. If there are smokers in the other room, you can smell it.
The room wall is not well insulated and if anyone talked a bit louder, one can hear it easily.
The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in my trip in China. I stayed in one near Shanghai Hongquiao metro /airport. It was cheaper, fruit was served in the afternoon and through the evening and breakfast was great. Coffee was available and the person in charge was warm and friendly. My room reservation didn’t include breakfast.
The building is quite dated(aka. a bit old ). This , being a 4 stars hotel, I did have a higher expectation . I would give it a 3.0 to 3.5 stars at best.
