I took my parents to Hangzhou for a spontaneous trip and booked this Treasure Hotel by accident. The parents were very satisfied and said it was the residence of a wealthy family. The hotel is located next to Xiang Lake, with few people and beautiful scenery. It was a special surprise. I have been to Hangzhou many times, but this is my first time to visit Xiang Lake. It has a unique flavor. Also, the food in the restaurant is very delicious. Don't drink too much fish head soup. I ordered a lot of bowls. We renewed the reservation for another night. I was very satisfied.

I found out on Ctrip that there was Wahaha Hotel, so I booked it without hesitation. I arrived at the hotel at around 10pm. The girl Cheng Zi at the front desk gave me a warm welcome, and even took the initiative to help upgrade the room to a house with a courtyard. The room decoration is elegant and grand, I am very satisfied. The hotel also gave me Wahaha calcium milk as a gift, which brought back memories of my childhood. I was really excited! Support national enterprises and support the memory of ancestors. I didn’t expect that we would take action today! 💪💪💪

細節決定成敗！本來是打算帶着娃旅行週五晚上隨便住一晚的，結果各種細節加上“280+”的價格，性價比一下子體現得淋漓盡致啊！ 首先，地理位置位於湘湖國家旅遊度假區，邊上湘湖娃哈哈酒店、開元森泊度假酒店等眾多親子酒店取地，不論環境還是硬件設施都很棒！ 説説酒店配備的設施細節，小童拖鞋、洗漱用品一應俱全，適合家庭親子出遊；房間配備洗衣液、酒店配備洗衣房，適合商旅出行；酒店電梯衹能刷卡運行，刷卡後自動前往指定樓層，安全性高。房間有任何物品需求也會有機器人送至房間。停車也全免費！ 最後説説服務，因為入住當天晚到了，客服還特地電話確認情況，辦理入住手續的時候還特地提醒在不同平台重複訂房，應當取消其中一個訂單，非常貼心。 可以説這次入住完全顛覆了我對“如家”品牌的認知，下次來杭州蕭山區還會選擇這家！👍

Environment: The surrounding transportation is very convenient, it is full of life, and it is very quiet at night. I usually have insomnia when I go out to play because I am familiar with the bed, but I sleep very comfortably here, and the scenery outside the window is also very beautiful. Facilities: Very good, very new. Hygiene: Very clean. Service: The lady at the front desk has a very nice voice and is very gentle. She does things very carefully and all visitors will register. She helped me upgrade the room for free. Overall, I think it is very good. At least I will book it again next time I come to Hangzhou. I feel very safe.

This hotel really surprised me! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the high quality and professional service. The room is spacious and bright, the bed is super comfortable, and all facilities are available. The staff are warm and courteous and always meet my needs in the first time. I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn hotel with a group of friends while participating in the Spartan competition, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the cleanlinessto the affordability and the convenient location, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable. Our rooms were spotless, and the common areaswere well-maintained. It's always reassuring to stay in a clean environment, and the Holiday Inn definitely delivered on that front. Affordability was a key factor forour group, and we were pleasantly surprised by the reasonable rates at the Holiday Inn. Despite the quality of service and amenities, the cost was budget-friendly, making ourstay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was ideal, especially for those participating in the Spartan competition. It was conveniently close to the event venue, saving us valuable time and energy. Additionally, being in a vibrant and accessible area added to the overall appeal of the stay. One notable convenience was the free parking available downstairs. This made our logistics hassle-free, and we appreciated not having to worry about additional expenses or finding parking elsewhere. In summary, I would wholeheartedly recommend the Holiday Inn to anyone visiting the area, especially those participating in events like the Spartan competition. Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

I love the place. It is very near to the metro station that link directly to the railway station I was taking. Long the street, there are many shops where I walk walk around and shopping. Further down maybe 10mins walk, there are many shops selling snacks and souvenir stuff. It gets very lively at night. Can walk down even further to get to 大马弄 dama lane for breakfast. There is this 煎饺 stir fried dumplings very nice (泮芳春煎饺) get there early as it will get very crowded. There is another deep fried fish slice is very nice too (大马弄蒋师傅酥鱼) nice too. Overall the hotel is quite good. And if you order delivery, they have this robot to delivery to your room. 👍

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
