During my 3-day stay, I was very satisfied with the hotel because the room design was suitable for space utilization, it was quiet, clean, and had a shared kitchen, laundry, and drying room for the price! I stayed in Hangzhou for 2 weeks, and the water pressure was good, so I was able to shower conveniently. It's just 8 subway stops to Hangzhou East Railway Station, truly incredibly convenient for getting around. Ambiance: Our 26th-floor room provided expansive and comfortable views, free from the typical noise of lower floors. Rooms with windows even offer a partial view of West Lake. Service: The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Cleanliness: The room was immaculately clean and tidy. Facilities: Modern facilities include smart voice-controlled curtains, TV, and air conditioning. The shower had excellent water pressure, and there's a washing machine available. Drawbacks: On the downside, breakfast isn't provided, and there aren't many dining establishments in the immediate vicinity. While the smart features are quite comprehensive, the only thing missing is a smart toilet. Overall: As a first-time visitor to Hangzhou, I initially booked one night but was so impressed that I immediately extended my stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was clean, modern, and high-tech. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was impressive — the toilet had a heated seat and automatic flush, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The highlight was definitely the AI system, which could control the lights, TV, and radio with simple voice commands. We also tried the room service — water was delivered right to our door by a robot, which was such a fun surprise! The hotel’s central location made it very convenient, yet it was quiet and peaceful inside. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend this hotel.
