The hotel's location is excellent, with many shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient to go out and explore, and dinner can be easily sorted out. The room is very clean, and the bedding is soft and incredibly comfortable to lie on. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the facilities are complete. The hot water is stable and very stress-relieving. The service attitude is great, and check-in is quick. The lobby deserves praise; it's very tidy and beautiful, offering a refreshing impression upon entering. This established hotel is very reliable and offers excellent value for money.

This stay, we had to change rooms twice, so naturally, our mood wasn't great. Why the room changes? First time: We had just checked in, went downstairs, and when we came back, the room had a strange, unpleasant odor. It was hard to describe, somewhat like the smell of a newly renovated apartment. The hotel is over a year old, so I didn't think that should be the case, yet the smell was definitely there. So I requested a room change. The hotel staff was quite responsive, and a staff member came to help us move. However, on the way to view other rooms, the staff member actually told me they might charge a cleaning fee! I was speechless on the spot. We had only been in the room for about half an hour, and having stayed in so many hotels, I've never been asked to pay a cleaning fee when the issue was clearly on the hotel's side. Although the staff later said they would waive it, the whole experience already left a bad taste in our mouths. Second room change: It was past 11 PM. As we were about to lock the door for the night, we discovered the lock was broken – specifically, the security chain lock you use when sleeping. A staff member promptly came to fix it, but after trying for a while, they couldn't repair it. The area looked like it had been damaged (I forgot to take photos). The hotel then offered us another room change. I was hesitant to even ask for a room change, fearing another cleaning fee request. However, I definitely couldn't stay in a room with a damaged lock like that, especially since we were traveling with a child. So, past 11 PM, we had to move again. It was such a hassle, trying to gather all our belongings to switch rooms, especially so late with a child. The staff did help us, and their attitude was very good at this point. Later, as an apology, they offered us an eye mask 😂 but I'm still not satisfied with how this situation was handled. As a chain of upscale hotels, I feel their quality of service doesn't quite measure up. Also, the hotel's breakfast is à la carte, purely order-based, and it's Hong Kong-style dim sum. Friends, please don't be fooled by the pictures online. Dishes like roasted pigeon are part of their paid brunch offerings, not the complimentary breakfast. While we didn't necessarily expect to eat roasted pigeon, we definitely felt misled. Furthermore, this is the first time I've ever encountered a hotel that charges guests for toiletries like slippers, shampoo, or other amenities if they need more than the initial supply. This is truly unprecedented in my experience.

The single room is very large, suitable for business trips and family trips. The two bathrooms are very convenient, and the children like it. The service is even better. Because the two families booked different room types, they upgraded us to the same floor for free. I highly recommend it. The location is also great and the surrounding shopping malls are convenient. It will be my first choice for next trip

My recent stay at Sofitel Hangzhou Yingguan was truly wonderful. The hotel's exquisite design seamlessly blends French elegance with Jiangnan charm, exuding a noble and refined ambiance throughout. The guest rooms are spacious and bright, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking city views. The Executive Lounge, located on the 34th floor, boasts stunning views and offers exquisite afternoon tea and delightful happy hour refreshments. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, with a diverse selection of both Western and Chinese dishes, and the French pastries are particularly abundant and tempting. The indoor heated swimming pool, gym, and spa facilities are all top-notch. The location is superb, right next to a metro station, providing easy access to transport. The butler service is incredibly attentive and thoughtful; every detail, from check-in to check-out, was meticulously handled. This hotel is an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I saw the parent-child hotel Shuiboyuan on the Internet. I didn't expect it to be Daogu instead of Baosheng, but I was quite satisfied with the stay. Most of the parent-child activities are indeed in Daogu, but it is very convenient to walk there, and there is also a shuttle bus, but the breakfast room and swimming pool are both here in Baosheng, and the floor height of Baosheng is relatively high. We even saw the fireworks set off by people near Qiantang River. The room is decorated in an old-fashioned style, the bedding is very clean, and the bathtub is also suitable for children to take a bath. It's a pity that the shower room is not too sealed, and some water will flow out after taking a bath. The toilet and washbasin are not separated into dry and wet, which is understandable because they are relatively old. The room has a small walk-in closet, which is quite special. The breakfast is not bad, and the dinner is also quite satisfactory. I am quite satisfied with the choice of this place for the Spring Festival this time.

One of the best hotel stays I've had recently! It was perfectly fine for two adults and two children. It fulfilled the kids' wish to soak in a bathtub and also gave us 'water freedom' (mineral water was always available in the hallway). We even got to watch the sunset from the hotel... The subway station right downstairs made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was abundant, and dining before 8:00 AM made for an even better experience. The hotel staff were super friendly and nice. There's also a swimming pool at the hotel, which the kids absolutely loved. Plus, a 'naughty castle' (play area), so just staying at the hotel to play is totally fine! Right across from the hotel is MixC Mall, covering all your eating, playing, and shopping needs. Definitely a thumbs up!

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and all the facilities are new and modern. The laundry room and gym are both exceptionally well-equipped. The lobby features a coffee and beverage bar, and there's a very large parking lot right at the entrance. Downstairs, you'll also find outdoor seating and a designated outdoor smoking area. All in all, this hotel offers fantastic value for money.

It's a decent hotel, near the subway and provides parking. It's a short bicycle ride to the nearby lake area. It's just outside of the public bicycle range so it was a bit of a mission to find those nearby. I asked the reception for some ice and they send up a little robot to deliver it which was trendy.

It's a good choice to choose this hotel. It's very good. It's very close to the Rotten Apple Park in Hangzhou. The transportation is also very convenient. It takes about ten minutes to drive to the nearby area. There is also an art park within walking distance. You can go shopping in your spare time. It's not far from the high-speed rail and the airport. I recommend it to everyone.

An absolutely amazing stay that exceeded all my expectations! The hotel's decor is incredibly stylish, and you can tell a lot of thought went into every detail. The room was much more spacious than I imagined, well-equipped, with plenty of hot water and a powerful air conditioner. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and tasted great, especially the freshly made noodles – they were super delicious. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. Highly recommended! Choosing this hotel for our family trip was such a smart decision! The room was bright and spacious, with excellent soundproofing, making it incredibly quiet at night. There's a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs, which is very convenient. The biggest surprise was the free parking, which was a huge plus for us since we were driving. The service was thoughtful and attentive; they even proactively helped with our luggage. A perfect experience!
