Hotels in East Railway Station Area, Hangzhou

Not extremely near to station but walkable in 8-10mins. Else, could ask for hotel shuttle service or take Didi. Lots of food options at the lobby as it is embedded with a small mall. Food delivery is simple as the reception could share their common number to order and a robot will deliver to the room when it arrives. There is housekeeping service but more towards general cleaning and changing of towels. No change of bedsheets (I think). Can request for pillows as the pillows were towards the flat type (my opinion).

The room is clean and beautiful, the equipment is all new, and the service is first-class👍😜There is bus No. 40 at the door that goes directly to the train station, and it is also very convenient to go directly to nearby attractions. There is a food court around Liutiao Street when you turn left from the hotel. Convenient and cheap with local snacks❤️👍

I am very happy with our stay at MCC hotel. It is modern and very well maintained and getting taxis is no problem at all. One problem is, it has a perfect kitchenette but no utensils like plates, cutlery, pots, etc.!! Why provide a kitchenette BUT not the essential utensils to eat with?? 🤔🤔 Another service that the hotel can improve on is training of the breakfast service staff. They are friendly but they tend to shout and talk to one another very loudly. MCC hotel can train staff to “international” standards. I must give special thanks to Mr Richard Wong at the Reception desk. He is friendly and very helpful. He made sure our requests are met with and that we are comfortable in our room. Thank you !

Honestly for my first hotel in China I was surprisingly pleased to see how clean the room was. The gym was a bit of a let down however everything else was pretty good.

I recently stayed at Vance Hotel (East Railway Station Airport Road Branch), and I must say the experience was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and made sure all our needs were met promptly. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. What truly stood out to me was how quickly they responded to any requests. Whether it was a simple room service order or more specific inquiries, they were quick to reply and take action. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. I must give special mention to 小橙子, who was incredibly friendly and not only offered fantastic suggestions, but also made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

It was a very satisfying stay. I booked a double room with breakfast and stayed for 2 days. The air conditioner was already turned on when I opened the door, and the windows were opened for ventilation, which was very considerate. I chose a non-smoking floor. I swiped my card to go upstairs, which was safe and reliable. If I ordered takeout, a robot would also deliver the food upstairs. The hotel also provided welcome fruit, which was given for one day of stay, which was very good. I had encountered it before, which was given once for each day of stay, no matter how many days I stayed. This was the first time I encountered it. The hotel's breakfast buffet has many varieties and tastes OK.

I was so pleased with the room. It was spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast was also great, and the coffee made by the barista kept me fresh all day. I was so busy writing that I didn't take any photos, but it's definitely worth the money. The front desk lady was also very nice and did a great job. She was amazing.

This is the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in during this National Day. The price is super high and the service is very good! Executive floor, deluxe double room, awesome 👍👍👍 Facilities: Newly renovated, elegant and stylish, I like this decoration style very much, the pillow mattresses are very comfortable, the room is quiet, sleep at ease! Hygienic: very clean and tidy Environment: Convenient transportation, very close to the subway, a few minutes away, very close to the West Lake, complete surrounding facilities, a lot of food, and big shopping malls Service: Warm service, thoughtful and meticulous, rich breakfast!

This hotel is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book a restaurant for dinner. I left my phone in the taxi. They helped me to contact the police and help me with what to do. Thanks.

Advantages: The hardware is very new, the facilities are good, and the service is OK. Disadvantages: Without considering the noise problem, the hygiene is really unsatisfactory, and the details are not good. The light switch in the bathroom will be covered with patina if it is not cleaned, and the fruit plate also looks unwashed. I rarely comment, and I think such a new hotel should be cleaned properly.
