Excellent! I was in Hangzhou to watch a match at the Esports Center, and the hotel was very close to the venue. Although it was nearby, I was a bit pressed for time and still had to take a taxi. However, the hotel service was fantastic; they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was very spacious, the bathtub was super comfortable, and the water temperature was perfect! It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly too! Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in town for a match.

It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, with access to Lines 1 and 4, which makes getting to West Lake, Qiantang River, or any major shopping area a breeze. The location couldn't be better. Adding to the convenience, there's also a shuttle service to/from the East Railway Station, which is a huge plus! **🏨 Stylish Design Meets Comfort:** The Junting Hotel chain's signature elegant design is perfectly showcased here. Both the lobby and the rooms boast a sophisticated ambiance, steering clear of the typical cookie-cutter business aesthetic in favor of a distinctive Southeast Asian theme. The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bedding is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are of good quality, featuring a practical wet/dry separation, and stable water pressure and temperature. The sound insulation was also impressive. Initially, I was concerned that the hotel might be a bit older and its facilities outdated, but I was pleasantly surprised! **🤝 Attentive and Thoughtful Service:** From check-in to check-out, the staff were all incredibly warm and professional. The front desk staff handled check-in efficiently and responded promptly to any issues, providing genuine service with a smile. Housekeeping was also excellent, cleaning rooms promptly and thoroughly. **🍽️ Excellent Breakfast Spread:** The hotel's breakfast offers a wide variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western dishes. You'll find Hangzhou specialties like Pian'er Chuan and Xiaolongbao, alongside standard Western pastries, salads, hot dishes, and even Vietnamese pho. The ingredients were fresh and the taste was great, setting a delightful tone for the day. Whether for business or leisure, the Huihe Junting Hotel Hangzhou is a highly recommended choice! It offers excellent value for money and provides a fantastic overall experience. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hangzhou!

The room is clean and beautiful, the equipment is all new, and the service is first-class👍😜There is bus No. 40 at the door that goes directly to the train station, and it is also very convenient to go directly to nearby attractions. There is a food court around Liutiao Street when you turn left from the hotel. Convenient and cheap with local snacks❤️👍

I recently stayed at Vance Hotel (East Railway Station Airport Road Branch), and I must say the experience was outstanding! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and made sure all our needs were met promptly. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. What truly stood out to me was how quickly they responded to any requests. Whether it was a simple room service order or more specific inquiries, they were quick to reply and take action. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable. I must give special mention to 小橙子, who was incredibly friendly and not only offered fantastic suggestions, but also made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.

Absolutely fantastic, it exceeded all my expectations! We had to catch an early high-speed train the next day, and the hotel's location, just a 10-minute drive from the high-speed railway station, was incredibly convenient. It's a shame we only stayed for one night, but our experience was truly wonderful. I absolutely loved this hotel, especially its sophisticated decor. It felt luxurious and grand, yet understated and comfortable. The kind lady at the front desk thoughtfully upgraded our room. The room was quiet, clean, spacious, neat, and incredibly comfortable. My mom slept wonderfully and was extremely satisfied. Room service was prompt and attentive, the breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the restaurant itself was beautiful. Every aspect of our stay was delightful. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Hangzhou next time.

Honestly for my first hotel in China I was surprisingly pleased to see how clean the room was. The gym was a bit of a let down however everything else was pretty good.

This hotel is spacious and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped me to book a restaurant for dinner. I left my phone in the taxi. They helped me to contact the police and help me with what to do. Thanks.

The hotel is located next to Xintiandi Street, which is quite convenient for access. It is about 200 meters away from the subway station and there is also Xintiandi shopping mall next to it. The hotel is clean and hygienic overall. The lobby is on the sixth floor and is magnificent. The room is clean, there are welcome fruit snacks, and there are free drinks in the small bar. The staff is satisfactory. The breakfast is rich, the local specialty lotus root powder tea is delicious, and the dried vegetable cake is delicious.

The hotel was good. The location also good and near to the train station. As a muslim traveller, The breakfast here is good eventhough not much choice for halal food but enough for me to fulfill my stomach for a day. Thank you.
